热处理对新型沉淀硬化不锈钢1Cr16Ni3Cu1MoW 组织与性能的影响

Abstract: The effect of tempering at 100~700 ℃ on structure and mechanical properties of a new precipitation hardening stainless steel 1Cr16Ni3Cu1MoW has been studied. The test results showed that with solid solution treated at 1070 ℃ for 1 h,oil cooling,cold treated at -70 ℃ for 2 h,then aged at 485 ℃ for 2 h,the tensile strength on of stainless steel 1Cr16Ni3Cu1MoW was 1475 MPa and the impact energy Axtp was 119 J; and with solid solution treated at 1070 ℃ for 1 h,oil cooling,cold treated at - 192 ℃ for 2 h then aged at 500 ℃ for 2 h,the peak tensile strength og of steel was 1605 MPa and the impact energy Aku2 was 88 J.

摘要: 研究了新型沉淀硬化不锈钢1Cr16Ni3Cu1MoW 100700℃回火对钢的组织和机械性能的影响。试验结果表明,不锈钢1Cr16Ni3Cu1MoW经1 070℃1 h固溶处理,油冷,-70℃冷处理2 h,485℃时效2h,σb达1475 MPa,且冲击功AKU2仍能达到119 J;经1070℃1 h固溶处理,油冷,-192℃冷处理2 h,500℃时效2 h,σb达到峰值,为1605 MPa,此时AKU2为88 J。
