Abstract: The low alloying high strength weather-resisting steel SPA-H strip-C≤0. 12,Mn 0.20~0.50,Si0.25~0.75,P0.07~0. 15,S≤0.04,Cu0.25~0.60,Cr0.30~1.25,Ni≤0.65 has been trial-produced by flow sheet of& an 100 t electric arc fumnace-ladle furnace-concaster-rolling mill at Nanjing Steel. The results of examination and service showed that the steel structure was ferrite+pearlite and has higher cleanliness,the yield strength of steel 345～435 MPa,tensile strength 480～570 MPa,elongation 23%~43%,and the steel has excellent weld ability

摘要： 南钢采用100t电弧炉-钢包炉-连铸-轧制工艺路线试制了成分(%)为：C≤0.12,Mn0.20~0.50,Si0.25~0.75,P0.07~0.15,S≤0.04,Cu0.25~0.60,Cr0.30~1.25,Ni≤0.65 低合金高强度耐候钢 SPA-H 钢带。检验和使用结果表明，该钢组织为铁素体+珠光体，有较高洁净度，钢的屈服强度345～435 MPa, 抗 拉 强 度480~570 MPa, 延伸率23%～43%,并具有良好的焊接性能
