Hot Deformation Behavior of Austenite of a Microalloyed Steel Containing Boron

Abstract: The stress-strain curves and microstructure evolution o£ a microalloyed steel - 0.05C, 1.57Mn, 0.50Cu, 0.05Nb, 0.014Ti, 0.001 2B between 800 and 1 100 X. have been tested and studied by Gleebe-1500 hot simulator using single pass reduction test method, and based on the experimental results the grain size model and the critical strain of dynamic recrystallization have been established. It is obtained the grain size of the microalloyed steel shall be fined with decreasing of deformation temperature and increasing of deformation rate.

摘要: 采用单道次压缩实验方法 ,通过Gleebe 15 0 0热模拟试验机对成分 (% )为 :0 0 5C ,1 5 7Mn ,0 5 0Cu ,0 0 5Nb ,0 0 14Ti,0 .0 0 12B微合金化钢进行 80 0~ 110 0℃应力 应变曲线和再结晶组织演变的试验研究 ,建立了动态再结晶临界应变和晶粒尺寸模型。得出降低变形温度或提高变形速率可明显细化该微合金化钢的晶粒。
