Al2O3-CaO基预熔精炼渣吸收Al2O3夹杂的动力学研究

Abstract: The effect of Al2Ocylinder spinning thread speed on Al2Q inclusion dissolution velocity in refining slag - 4-10 MgO, 34-39 Al2O3), 33 ~ 42 CaO, 3 ~ 9 CaF2, 8 SiQ2 , 1.3 - 8.7 SrO and the dissolution velocity constant of Al2O3 in slag have been tested and studied by modified viscosity testing device. The results showed that to decrease the viscosity of refining slag and initial Al2O3 content in slag were favourable to increase the Al2Oabsorbability of refining slag.

摘要: 通过改进的粘度测试装置 ,测试和研究了成分 (% )为 :4~ 10MgO ,34~ 39Al2O3,33~ 42CaO ,3~9CaF2,8SiO2 ,13~ 87SrO精炼渣中Al2O3圆柱体旋转线速度对Al2O3夹杂熔解速度的影响和Al2O3在渣中的熔解速度常数。结果表明 ,降低精炼渣粘度和减少渣中初始Al2O3含量 ,有利于提高精炼渣吸收Al2O3的能力。
