电工钢的生产开发现状和发展趋势

Abstract: The  magnetic properties  of electrical  sheet  steel  including  general(≤0.03%C,≤2%Si),oriented  and nonoriented(~3%Si )steels  increase  mainly  by  steelmaking  process-  decreasing  C(to  ~0.003%),0  and  N  content and controlling inclusion in steel,rolling and heat treatment process. The development trend of electrical sheet steel is to  simplify production procedure, use thin slab concasting continuous rolling process and strip casing process to produce electric  steel. The history on production and development,curent production process and development of grade and metallurgical  technology of electrical sheet steel are summarized in this paper.

摘要: 电工钢包括普通 (≤ 0 .0 3%C,≤ 2 %Si)、无取向和取向 (~ 3%Si)电工钢。主要通过冶金工艺降低C含量 (~ 0 .0 3%C)和钢中O、N含量 ,控制钢中夹杂物、轧制和热处理工艺提高电工钢的磁性能。电工钢的发展趋势为简化工序 ,利用薄板坯连铸连轧工艺和薄带铸带工艺生产电工钢。叙述了电工钢的发展历程和现行生产工艺及新品种和冶金工艺的发展。
