摘要

通过改进的粘度测试装置

测试和研究了成分 (% )为 :4～ 10MgO

34～ 39Al

33～ 42CaO

3～9CaF

8SiO

13～ 87SrO精炼渣中Al

圆柱体旋转线速度对Al

夹杂熔解速度的影响和Al

在渣中的熔解速度常数。结果表明

降低精炼渣粘度和减少渣中初始Al

含量

有利于提高精炼渣吸收Al

的能力。

Abstract

The effect of Al

cylinder spinning thread speed on Al

Q inclusion dissolution velocity in refining slag - 4-10 MgO

34-39 Al

)

33 ~ 42 CaO

3 ~ 9 CaF

8 SiQ

1.3 - 8.7 SrO and the dissolution velocity constant of Al

in slag have been tested and studied by modified viscosity testing device. The results showed that to decrease the viscosity of refining slag and initial Al

content in slag were favourable to increase the Al

absorbability of refining slag.
