The liquid melted in a medium frequency induction furnace by parent metal of bearing steel GCrl5 through a guided tube enters in spraying room and the metal strand is sprayed by inert gas to liquid droplet with micrometer size and deposited at collector to form a deposited billet with diameter 130. 28mm and center thickness 40. 84 mm (/% : 1. 01C
0. 23Si
0. 29Mn
1.48Cr
≤ O. 027P
≤0. 020S). The test of heat treatment of 1/4 deposited billet is carried out in a box electric resistance furnace. Results show that the structure of spraying formed bearing steel GCrl5 is refined structure of equiaxial crystal and fine carbide with low alloy elements segregation ; the hardness o£ sample quenched at 860 °C and tempered at 160 T is highest that is HRC 61 with optimum structure and properties.
