摘要

介绍了舞钢生产的单重50 t级别的174 mm 12Cr2Mo1R(H)钢板的技术要求、工序工艺控制点及实物质量。通过冶炼时采用C/Al结合脱氧方式

铸锭进行900～940℃保温28～32 h退火处理

轧制时保证道次压下量20～30 mm

并采用正火+加速冷却+回火工艺

钢板组织均匀

各项力学性能及步冷脆化性能均能满足技术要求。钢板内部质量良好

探伤满足NB/T47013.3-2015及第1号修改单T1级。

Abstract

The paper induces technical requirements

process control key points and quality of actual product of single weight 50 t grade 174 mm 12Cr2MolR ( H ) steel plate is produced at Wugang. By C/Al combined deoxidation in the smelting process

ingot annealing at 900 ~ 940℃ for 28 ~ 32 h

rolling pass reduction 20 ~ 30 mm and using normalizing + accelerating cooling + tempering process

the plate structure is uniform

and the mechanical property and step-cooling embrittlement performance of steel plate reach technical requirements. Internal quality of steel plate is excellent. NDT meets NB/T 47013. 3-2015 and revised list No. 1 T1.
