摘要:The single pass reduction deformation experiments of a Ti-IF steel (0. 009C, 0. 047Ti) at 750 ~ 850 °C with strain rate of deformation 1 -70 s-1have been carried out by THERMECMASTOR-Z thermal simulation machine. Based on obtained stress - strain curves with different temperature and strain rate of deformation, it showed that with increasing speed and strain of deformation, the flowing stress increased, while at experimental temperature range the effect of deformation temperature on flowing stress was not obvious. The relation between Zener-Hollomon parameter Z of the Ti-IF steel and strain rate e and temperature T of deformation was Z = ε exp(42 150/T)
摘要:The 8- stand floating mandrel continuous rolling process of Φ169 mm x6 mm T91 steel seamless tube has been simulated and analyzed by 3- dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled FEM to get distribution of equivalent stress of across section at exit of each pass, as well as change characteristics of rolling force, mandrel force and torque. It is proposed that increasing rolling force at first 3 stands and decreasing rolling load of 4th stand lead to reasonable distribution of rolling force parameters of continuous rolling process
摘要:The flow and solidification status of molten steel with coupling flow field and temperature field in inner- outer couple cooling mold has been simulated by using CFD commercial code Flow-3 d software to get distributing diagrams of flow field and temperature, and free-surface level and shape diagram. The influence of flow field and temperature field in slab concasting filling process on solidification of molten steel was analyzed. It is indicated that the inner cooler could improve the molten steel flow status which is favourable for inclusion floating up in molten steel and increasing the solidification rate of molten steel
摘要:The distribution of size and frequency of inclusion in samples of surface layer of IF steel 1150 mm× 230 mm casting slab with unsteady casting speed(1.4 m/min to 0.6 m/min and 0.6 m/min to1.4 m/min)has been studied by Original Position Analysis System(OPA- 100). The results show that the distribution rule of size and frequency of inclusion basically accords with first-order exponential decay curves. The expressions of inclusion size x (μm) and frequency y is y=Al ·exp(-x/tl)+y0;A1,tl and yOare constant,R is related coefficient(R²> 0.97).

摘要:According to relation of texture - magneto-crystalline anisotropy energy of cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel, the C coefficient of orientation distribution function and M coefficient of magneto-crystalline energy distribution function MDF are obtained by calculation of texture orientation distribution function ODF program to calculate magneto-crystalline anisotropy eneiy of non-oriented silicon steel (0. 004C, 0. 33Si) at each macro direction. 摘要:The characteristics of 9 kinds of flat air-water nozzles for 4 strand 360 mm×450 mm billet concaster at Panzhihua Steel have been tested by using test device for measuring cold perormance of nozzles for secondary cooling. The test results showed that with nozzles level h was 115 mm and 140 mm and with jetting angle 115.6°and 115. 1°,the effective jetting range d for water nozzle 3/8PZ10.6- 120PG respectively was 365 mm and 440 mm. The jetting angle of air-water nozzle HPZ4.8-90PG was 106.7°,as air pressure was 0.15~0.30 MPa and water pressure was 0.30 MPa,the h was 210 mm and d was 515~565 mm
摘要:The behavior of liquid level and flowage in 220 mm x 1 300 mm slab mold with casting speed 1. 4 ~2. 4 m/min during submerged nozzle clogging and argon blowing has been studied by water model. The results showed that during nozzle clogging course the streams at both side of nozzle were asymmetric, the size of bubble decreased and the depth of bubbles penetration in mold increased to induce slag entrapment and to increase slab defect produced by bubbles obviously.
摘要:The experiment on calcined denitriding process of recarburizer 95(containing 0. 10%N),petroleum coke(0.93%N)and pitch coke(0.40% N)has been carried out. The results indicated that with increasing cal- cined temperature the nitrogen content in 3 kinds of recarburizer decreased and as the temperature was more than 2000℃,the nitrogen content in each recarburizer was less than 100×10-6.As calcined temperature was 1800℃, the nitrogen content in recarburizer 95 was less than 300×10-6while that in petroleum coke or pitch coke was less than 100×10-6.
摘要:According to 1:2 ratio,the flow rate in 640 mm×90 mm water model mold with nozzle submerged depth 130~170 mm and outflow inclination of nozzle -30°~10°was tested by Laser Doppler Velocimetry(LDV), and its numerical simulation was carried out by FLUENT software. The results showed that increasing nozzle sub- merged depth and outflow inclination of nozzle were available to decrease the fluctuation of liquid free surface, but were not favourable to inclusion upfloating due to increasing impact depth of down stream and mass hot stream downlow.
摘要:The anti-bacteria properties,hardness and corrosion resistance of 0. 11~0. 13C,13.46Cr,0~4Cu low carbon martensite stainless steel oil-quenched at 1100 ℃ for 15 min and tempered at 600℃ for 5 h have been studied. The test results showed that as steel contained 2%~4% Cu,the structure of quenched and tempered steel was sorbite matrix with dispersed rich copper phase; and as Cu content in steel increased from 2% to 4%,the hard-ness HRC value of quenched and tempered steel increased from 38 to 48,the antibacterial capacity to coli bacillus in creased from 42% to 95%,and caused passivation current density and voltage decreased in 5% sulphuric acid to make steel easily passivated.

The grade,chemical com- position and properties of new developed ultra purity fernitic stainless steels including modified 409,429 and modi- fied,444 and modified steels are presented; and by using 3- step steel making process to produce 18Cr ultra purity ferritic stainless steels, with SS-VOD refining,the(carbon + nitrogen)content in steel-[C+N] is≤70×10-6with VOD-PB refining,[C+N] is 80×10-6and with VCR refining,[C+N] is(80~100)×10-⁶.
摘要:The φ140 mm of steel(0.21C,1.45Mn,1.44Cr,1.21Ni,0.49Mo,0.07Nb)for R4 of fshore mooring chain was produced at Daye Steel by 60 t EBT are fumnace -70 t LF refining + RH vacuum degassing -3 strand 350mm×470 mm billet caster -850 primary mill blooming -750 semi-continuous mill rolling process. The re- sults showed that with LF refining for 45 min,feeding Al wire and Ca-Si wire deoxidizing,then ≤66.65 Pa RH vacuum degassing for 20min + soft argon blowing for ≥10 min,the oxygen content in finished products of steel for off shore mooring chain was 14.8×10-6nitrogen content 69.8×10-6hydrogen content 1.2×10-6segregation porosity rating were 0.5,inclnsion rating 0~1, impact energy at -40 ℃≥100 and each index met the require ment of standard.
摘要:Numerical simulation and cold status test of jet flow of coherent jet oxygen lance and common oxygen lance for arc furnace steel making have been carried out by CFX5.7.1 Software. Results showed that the jet flow length,concentration and anti-attenuation of coherent jet oxygen lance were better than that of common oxygen lance. The application to a 70 t Consteel arc furnace at Ezhou Steel indicated that after using coherent jet oxygen lance,the electric power consumption decreased to about 219 kWh/t from 338 kWh/t,the electrode consumption was no-change (1.86 kg/t)and the oxygen consumption increased to 60.3 m³/t from original 51.6 m³/t.
摘要:The effect factors on surface quality of 90 mm×90 mm electroslag continuous casting(ESCC)billet of steel Q235-0. 16C,0.25Si,0.40Mn,0.05P,0.03S have been tested and investigated. The results showed that it was favourable for surface quality of billet melted with higher voltage(53.4 V)and available current(2400 A), flux of lower melting point and lower electro-conductibility, higher filling ratio and good mold status and power supply mode.
摘要:The 1.8~6.3 mm strip of V microalloying HSLA S-F80 steel(0.03~0.07C,1. 10~1.60Mn,≤0.05Nb,≤0.05Ti,0.05~0.25V,0.010~0.035N)is produced by EAF-LF-CSP process at Zhujiang steel.The examination results showed that with recrystallization control rolling process breakdown temperature 1000~1100 ℃,finishing temperature 820~950℃ and coiling temperature 550~650℃,the structure of strip was 3~4 μm ex- tra-fine ferrite + minor pearlite,the size of precipitated phase V(C,N)was 44 nm and the yield strength of strip was 590~620 MPa.

摘要:The boron microalloying process of SPHC steel(≤0.07%C,≤0.05%Si)for cold rolling pro- duced by 160 LD- 160 t LF-FTSR(Flexible Thin Slab Rolling)flow sheet has been developed at Tangshan Steel, and with controlling Al content in steel(average 0.038%)and Si content(average 0.038%)during LF refining, the boron content in steel after LF refining was 0.0030%~0.0040%(average content 0.0035%),and the boron yield was up to 64%.
摘要:Metallurgical quality and mirror polishing performance of domestic wide used 5 kinds of ESR high quality corrosion-resisting mirror plastic die steel 4Cr13(DIN 1.2083)-0.37~0.57C,12.59~13.67Cr produced at home and abroad are analyzed comprehensively. Examination results indicated that the ESR steels have excellent mirror polishing performance,as the range of HRC hardness value of samples was ≤1.5,the steels have nice mirror polishing performance and as there were multi-phase titanium nitride inclusions in steel,they obviously influenced the mirror polishing performance of steel.
摘要:It is available to carry out carbon pick-up operation by using 20%~30% hot metal charging,con- trolling oxygen blown rate and 1.8~2.8 basicity of binary slag for production of medium and high carbon steels such as 50CrVA,60Si2Mn and 77Mn during EAF steel making with 70 t EAF -LF-CCM flow sheet. The production statistical data showed that with EAF carbon pick-up operation the end C of steel was 0.25%~0.53%,P was 0.006%~0.015%,and temperature of steel 1593~1625 ℃.Although EAF carbon pick-up operation prolonged steel making period for 5~10 min,the LF feeding wire amount decreased more than 1/2,it obviously decreased melting cost and increased steel quality.
摘要:The total oxygen content(T[O]),nitrogen content([N])and non-metallic inclusion in steel 39Mn2V at each phase&n of EAF-LF(VD)-CC process have been analyzed and studied. The results indicated that the T[O] was 28×10-6afer LF(VD)refining and the T[O] of cast billet was(8~10)×10-6and the inclusions in steel were mainly Al₂O₃,MnS,spherical calciumaluminate with size ≤20 μm. there were some inclusions with size 80~ 300 pm which originated from secondary oxidation,refractory material erosion and slag entrapment in mold.
