Precipitation Behavior of Rich Copper Phase in 1.18Cu High Purity Steel during Isothermal Aging

Abstract: The structure and hardncss of contained Cu high purity steel -0.014C,0. 10Mn,0.05Si,1.18Cu,<0.002S,0.006P during isothermnal aging at 650 ℃ for 100 s~300 h have been tested and studied by scanning and high resolution electron microscope and HV50 hardhness tester. The test results showed that with aging at 650 ℃,the rich copper phase particles precipitated prior at ferrite grain boundary,and with increasing isothermal aging time the size of rich copper phase increased. As aging at 650 ℃ for 10' s,the rich copper transient phase kept coherency with ferrite matrix led to maximum hardness value.And during overaging period,the transient phase evolved gradually into fcc e-Cu particle.

摘要: 用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨电子显微镜(HREM)和HV50硬度计,试验研究了含铜高纯钢(%:0.014C,0.10Mn,0.05Si,1.18Cu,<0.002S,0.006P) 650℃ 100 s~300 h等温时效时的组织和硬度。结果表明,650℃等温时效时富铜相优先在铁素体晶界析出,随等温时效时间增加,富铜相尺寸增大。650℃等温时效103s时,富铜过渡相与铁素体基体保持共格性,使硬度达到最大值。在过时效期间,富铜过渡相逐渐演化成fcc ε-Cu颗粒
