Influence of Addition Agent on Volatilization of Molybdenum Oxide (MoO₃) at   High   Temperature

添加剂对氧化钼(MoO3)高温挥发的影响

Abstract: The test results showed that the volatilization rate of block pure molybdenum oxide(MoO₃)in heating period from 600 ℃ to1100 ℃ for 5 min was 30%,which of powder was up to 40%.As CaO reacts with MoO₃ to form CaMoO₄ to decrease the activity of MoO₃,the added CaO could depress the volatilization of molybdenum oxide. With increasing added percent of CaO the volatilization of molybdenum oxide decreased,which decreased to 1.0% with added 20% CaO.The scheelite also could depress the volatilization of molybdenum oxide,of which the depression effect was inferior to that of CaO. Al₂O₃ and SiO₂ had no effect on depressed volatilization of molybdenum oxide.

摘要: 实验表明,从600~1100℃加热5min时,单纯块状氧化钼(MoO3)挥发率达30%,粉状氧化钼挥发率高达40%。CaO与MoO3反应生成CaMoO4,从而降低MoO3的活性,因此加入CaO可抑制氧化钼的挥发。随着CaO加入量的提高,氧化钼挥发率下降,当CaO加入量达20%时,氧化钼挥发率降至1.0%。白钨矿也能抑制氧化钼挥发,抑制效果低于CaO。Al2O3和SiO2不能抑制氧化钼的挥发。
