Abstract: Traditional process to produce electrode of alloy steel 30CrMnSiA1.2 t ESR ingot at Daye Special Steel is EAF+LF-rolling250 mm×250 mm Billet,by which the crack easily produced at top of ESR ingot.With using optimum process to produced ESR electrode:EAF+LF(VD)steelmaking-φ320 mm cast round electrode,controlling≤0.003Pb, ≤0.015Sn,≤0.030As,≤0.015(Pb+Sn)and0.020~0.035Ti in electrode,power supplying and water temperature controlling by computer, the ESR filling ratio increased from 0.40 to0.53,ESR electrical power consumption decreased by 200 kWh/t,metal yield of ESR ingot/electrode increased from 82.41% to93.75%,rejected metal decreased from 109.55 kg/t to29.42 kg/t and production period shortened by 7~10 day8.

摘要: 大冶特钢以传统工艺EAF+LF-轧制250 mm×250 mm轧坯生产的30CrMnSiA合金钢1.2t电渣锭母 材,钢锭上部易产生裂纹。经采用优化工艺EAF+LF(VD)-④320 mm铸棒生产ESR母材,并控制母材中(%):≤ 0.003Pb、≤0.015Sn、≤0.030A8、≤0.015(Pb+Sn)及0.020~0.035T;供电与水温均用计算机控制。结果使ESR 充填比由0.40提高至0.53,电渣电耗下降200 kWh/t,母材至电渣锭的金属收得率由82.41%提高至93.75%,废品量由109.55 kg/t降低到29.42 kg/t,生产周期缩短7~10天。
