Abstract: The outer layer of clad pipe is carbon steel such as grade B(L245),X42(L290),X52(L360),X60 (L415),X70(L485),and the inner layer is 18-8 type austenite stainless steel or ferrite-austenite dual phase stainless steel. The cladding process, anti-corosion technology of pipe outer surface, welding process of pipe and properties and ap- plication of bimetallic clad pipe are presented in this paper.
摘要: 双金属复合管外层为碳钢,如B(L245)、X42(L290)、X52(L360)、X60(L415)、X70(L485)等钢级,钢管内层为18-8型奥氏体不锈钢或铁素体-奥氏体双相不锈钢。介绍了内外层复合工艺、外覆防腐技术、管体间焊接工艺和双金属复合管的性能和使用。
