An Analysis on Mechanism of Insulating Coating's Stripping of Non-oriented Silicon Steel

无取向硅钢绝缘涂层剥离机理的分析

Abstract: The morphology and component of insulating coating of non-oriented silicon steel before and after stripping have been analyzed and studied by established adhesive model of thick coating,electron probe micro analyzer(EPMA)and glow discharge spectroscopy(CDS).Results showed that the adhesion mechanism of insulating coating with non-oriented silicon steel was physical,the main stripping form was interface stripping between substrate and coating which was accompanied coating's interlaminar stripping.Rimous crack caused by bending may be an important cause for stripping.

摘要: 通过所建立的厚涂层附着模型和电子探针微区分析仪(EPMA)、辉光放电光谱仪(GDS),分析和研究了无取向硅钢绝缘涂层剥离前后的形貌和成分。结果表明,涂层和基板为物理附着,产生剥离的主要形式为涂层与基板的界面剥离,同时伴有涂层自身的层间剥离;弯曲产生的涂层龟裂可能是导致剥离的一个重要原因。
