Abstract: The bar products of high C chromium bearing steel CCr15 are produced by 70 t Consteel EBT EAF-LF (VD)-CC process at Egang Co,Wuhan lron and Steel.The results showed that with controlling EAF end carbon ≥  0.25%,using  high  basicity  slag  refining,so  that[S]≤0.004%,T[O]0.0008%～0.0012%,the  rating  of  A  and  B series inclusions in steel was respectively ≤1.20,of C series inclusions wasO and of D series inclusions was ≤0.5.

摘要： 武钢鄂钢公司采用70 t Consteel EBT EAF-LF(VD)-CC工艺生产高碳铬轴承钢GCr15棒材。通过控制电弧炉终点碳≥0.25%和高碱度渣精炼,使[S]≤0.004%,T[O]0.000 8%～0.001 2%。检验结果表明,钢中非金属夹杂物A、B类夹杂物≤1.20级,C类夹杂物为0,D类夹杂物≤0.5级。
