Abstract: Wilh llie technology operations such as catch carbon practice to get LD end [C] 0. 05 ~0. 13. pre-adding aluininiuni cladding steel, silicon-manganese and aliiminiuni-manganese at bottom of ladle before tapping for deoxidization and alloying, using slag stopping leclinology and blowing argon in whole phase, controlling LF refining slag basicity 2. 5 ~ 3. 0, adding Al wire deoxidizing to control Als eonlrnt in liquid steel 0. 020% 〜0.045。, alter adding Ti the T[O] ≤20 x 10 and feeding silieon-calcium wire in end refining period, the examination results of 13 heats of the steel showed that the analysis of strrl was 0. 17 〜0. 22C, 0. 26 〜0, 34Si, 0. 90-0. 98Mn, 1.08 - 1. 13Cr, 0. 048 〜0.075Ti, 0.015 〜0. 021P and 0. 008 ~0. 013S; the oxygen content in steel products ≤20 x 10-6 ,nitrogen content ≤70 x 10-6 , the width of hardenability band for J9 and J15 was HRC 4 and each property index met the requirements of standard.

摘要: 通过高拉碳等操作使LD终点[C]0.05%~0.13%,出钢前钢包底预加钢芯铝、硅锰和铝锰进行脱氧合金化;采用挡渣技术和全程吹氩,控制LF精炼渣碱度2.5~3.0,加铝线脱氧、控制钢水中Als 0.020%~0.045%,加Ti后T[O]≤20×10-6,精炼末期喂硅钙线等工艺措施。该钢13炉分析、检验结果表明,该钢的成分(%)为: 0.17~0.22C、0.26~0.34Si、0.90~0.98Mn、1.08~1.13Cr、0.048~0.075Ti、0.015~0.021P、0.008~0.013S;钢材的氧含量≤20×10-6,氮含量≤70×10-6,J9和J15淬透带宽4 HRC,各项指标达到标准要求。
