130t和160t钢包炉(LF)底吹氩的水模拟研究

Abstract: Based on similarity theory, the effect of bottom gas blowing rate on flow characteristics of fluid in ladle including mixing time, liquid level fluctuation, bare area diameter and floating time of inclusions has been studied by using 1 : 5 and 1 : 5.5 model for an 130 t and an 160 t ladle at Frist Heavy Machine Industries. Results show that for 130 t ladle the optimum bottom argon blowing rate (L/min) for heating to smelt flux, desulphurization-deoxidation, alloying and soft blowing are respectively 200, 600, 400 and 150, and for 160 t ladle that are respectively 300, 500, 500 and 200.

摘要: 根据相似原理采用一重130 t、160 t钢包1:5和1:5.5比例的水模型,研究了底吹流量对混匀时间、液面扰动、液面亮圈直径和夹杂物上浮时间等钢包内流体流动特性的影响。结果表明,对130 t钢包加热化渣、脱硫-脱氧、合金化及软吹的最佳吹氩流量(L/min)分别为200、600、400、150;而对160 t钢包则分别为300、500、500、200。
