Abstract: The Φ80 〜130 mm round bar products of wheel body steel 40Mn2H-S (% : 0. 39 ~0. 41C, 0. 21 -0. 26Si, I. 55 ~ 1. 60Mn, 0. 025 ~0. 035Al) are produced by 50t EAF-LF (VD)-260 mm x300 mm continuous casting-rolling process at Laiwu Special Steel. With EAF charging-50% hot metal + scrap, adding 1. 5 ~2. 5 kg/t steel aluminium cladding steel during taping, adjusting [Al] in 0. 020% ~0. 040% during LF taping by feeding Al wire, whole casting process with shielding atmosphere and casting with ( M + F) EMS, the average of [ 0] and [ N ] are respectively lowered to 14. 5 x 10^-6  and 72 x 10^-6, the rating of macrostructure of steel ≤1. 0, rating of nonmetallic inclusions A and B ≤1. 5 , C and D ≤1.0, grain size rating ≥7, the terminal hardenability and mechanical properties of steel all meet the requirement of user.

摘要： 莱钢特钢通过50 t EAF-LF(VD)-260 mm×300 mm方坯连铸-轧制工艺生产轮体用钢40Mn2H-S(%:0.39～0.41C、0.21～0.26Si、1.55～1.60Mn、0.025～0.035Al)Φ80～130 mm棒材。EAF炉料为50%铁水+废钢,出钢过程加1.5～2.5 kg/t_钢钢芯铝,LF出钢喂Al线调整[Al]为0.020%～0.040%,连铸全保护浇铸,(M+F)EMS电磁搅拌,使该钢中[O]、[N]平均值达14.5×10^-6、72×10^-6,低倍组织≤1.0级,非金属夹杂物A、B≤1.5级、C、D≤1.0级,晶粒度≥7级、末端淬透性及力学性能等指标均满足用户要求。
