Abstract: The test of pre-desulfurization technology7 of a 300-t top and bottom combined argon blowing ladle has been carried out by using a water model with geometric similarity 1 :5. 75 water model. Results show that with same total gas flow, as compared with single blowing the top and bottom combined blowing could effectively increase the pre-slagging speed, and as flow rate of top-bottom argon blowing is 50 : 50, the stirring condition is best ; based on the water model test results the top-bottom combined argon blowing installation for the 300 t ladle is established to realize the liquid pre-slagging desulfurization, the liquid average desulfurization ratio is 22. 29%, after refining the average end [S] is 0. 004% and the (FeO + MnO) decreases to 3. 48%.
摘要: 对300 t顶底复合吹氩钢包预脱硫工艺进行几何相似比1:5.75的水模型试验结果表明,总供气量相同时,与单吹相比顶底复吹能有效提高预成渣速度,当顶底吹氩流量比为50:50,搅拌条件最好;根据水模型试验结果,在300 t钢包上建立顶、底吹氩装置,在微合金站实现预成渣脱硫,钢水平均脱硫率达22.29%,处理后平均终点[S]为0.004%, (FeO+MnO)降至3.48%。
