天津钢管公司RH-WPB水冷顶枪喷粉系统的应用与展望

Abstract: The 100 t RH vacuum refining unit is equipped with RH-WPB water-cooling top lance powder injection system, the set of powder inject system has one-time largest injection volume 2 000 kg with theory max injection rate 250 kg/min and using injecting powder desulfurizer 80CaO/20CaF2. The RH-WPB treated results on steel 14Mn5V, steel 30CrMnSi and steel 27CrMo27VS show that after RH powder injection treatment the sulphur content in liquid decreases respectively from 42 x 10-6, 28 x 10-6 and 39 x 10-6 to 28x 10-6, 15 x 10-6 and 22 x 10-6 , it has obviously desulphurization effect.

摘要： 100 t RH真空炉外精炼设备,备有RH-WPB水冷顶枪喷粉系统,该套喷粉系统一次最大喷吹量2 000kg,理论最大喷吹速度250 kg/min,采用的喷粉脱硫剂为80CaO/20CaF2。14Mn5V钢、30CrMnSi钢和27CrMo27VS钢的RH-WPB处理结果表叫,经过RH喷粉处理后,钢水中的硫含量分别从42×10-6、28×10-6和39×10-6降至28×10-6、15×10-6和22×10-6,脱硫效果显著。
