离合器弹簧用钢65Si2CrV的连续冷却转变曲线

Abstract: The tested spring steel 65Si2CrV (/% : 0. 66C, 1. 43Si, 0. 74Mn, 0. 007P, 0. 008S, 0. 68Cr, 0. 11V) is melted by 25 kg vacuum induction fumace and rolled to 16 mm x300 mm slab. The static continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of spring steel 65Si2CrV is obtained by Gleeble-2000 thermal simulation testing machine using dilatometry combined with metallographic analysis and microhardness test, and the phase temperature of steel cooled with 0. 2 ~ 10 °C/ s is gotten, as cooling rate increases from 1°C/s to 5 °C/s the HV10 microhardness value of steel dramatically increases from 380 to 800.

摘要: 实验用弹簧钢65Si2CrV(/%:0.66C,1.43Si,0.74Mn,0.007P,0.008S,0.68Cr,0.11V)由25 kg真空感应炉冶炼,并轧成16 mm×300 mm扁坯。通过Gleeble-2000热模拟试验机,利用膨胀法结合金相分析以及显微硬度,获得弹簧钢65Si2CrV的静态连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),并得出0.210℃/s冷却速度时的相变温度;当冷却速度由1℃/s增至5℃/s时HV10硬度值急剧增加,由380增加至800。
