冷作模具钢Crl2MoV 40 t EAF-LF.VD-模铸冶炼工艺优化实践

Abstract: With using the process measures including modifying the low basicity (2. 6) CaO-Al2O3 -SiO2 slag series to high basicity ( ≥5. 0) CaO-Al203-SiO2-CaF2 slag series, increasing the [Als] in steel before LF refining from 0. 02% ~ 0. 03% to M 0. 06% , improving the atmosphere casting to box type Ar shielding casting and improving the 3t ingot body casting time from 6 ~8 min to 4 ~5 min, the [O] and [S] in cold-working die steel Cr12MoV are respectively [O]≤ 18 X 10-6 and [S]≤ 0. 005% , and the comprehensive products yield increases from 74. 35% to 80. 12%.

摘要: 通过将低碱度(2.6)CaO-Al2O3-SiO2渣系优化成(≥5.0)高碱度CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2渣系,LF前钢中[Als]由0.02%0.03%提高至≥0.06%,将原大气浇铸改进为箱式Ar保护浇铸,3 t锭身浇铸时间由68 min优化成45 min等工艺措施,使Cr12MoV冷作模具钢[O]≤18×10-6,[S]≤0.005%,综合成材率由74.35%提高至80.12%。
