Abstract: The theoretic calculations were performed on reduction thermodynamic of molybdenum oxide powder based on different chemical composition and temperature of hot metal. The scale-up experiments were carried out at 80 t hot metal ladle and results indicate that yield of molybdenum will reaches over 98% by adopting such technical parameters as the size distribution of molybdenum oxide powder being;0. 10 - 0. 15 mm, injection time being 30 ~ 35 min, injection rate being 3, 0 ~ 3. 5 kg/min.
摘要: 研究了铁水成分、温度条件下氧化钼的还原反应热力学,并在80 t铁水脱硅、脱磷预处理工序进行了多炉喷吹氧化钼粉工艺试验,试验确定了合理的喷吹氧化钼粉工艺参数,氧化钼粉粒度0.10~0.15 mm,喷吹时间30~35 min,对应喷吹流量3.0~3.5 kg/min,试验炉次氧化钼粉中钼的收得率达98%以上。
