Abstract: The aim chemical  composition   of  JB-J6   steel(/%:0.01C,2. 1Si,0.25Mn,0.018P,0.025S,16Cr) is   designed, and by VOD refining technology, LF refining process ( binary basicity slag control in0.9~1. 1), protecting pouring process (superheat  degree  30~50  ℃,casting  speed 0.9  to1.2  m/min, secondary  cooling  water  rate  0.85  to0.95  L/kg)  and rolling temperature1100～1180 ℃,the Tisco soft magnetic ferrite stainless steel JB-J6 wire has been successfully produced, each property meets the requirement of user.

摘要： 设计了JB-J6钢目标化学成分（/%:0.01C,2.1Si,0.25Mn,0.018P,0.025S,16Cr），通过VOD工艺、LF精炼（渣中二元碱度控制在0.9~1.1）、保护浇注工艺（过热度30~50 ℃，拉速0.9~1.2 m/min，二冷比水量0.85~0.95 L/kg）和轧制温度1100~1180 ℃，成功生产太钢软磁铁素体不锈钢JB-J6 Φ8 mm线材，各项性能满足用户要求。
