加氮对锻造CoCrMo合金微观组织和力学性能的影响

Abstract: Two heats of Co66Cr28Mo6 alloy with 0. 005% N and 0. 190% N are melted by 100 kg VIF + ESR process, and forged to  Φ15 mm bar. With the same process conditions, the CoCrMo alloy containing 0.190% N has a finer grain size (10~11 rating) ,and the precipitates exist in the form of nanoscale M( CN ) type at the grain boundary. A large number of deformation twins and dislocation interactions further enhance the strength of the material, the tensile strength of alloy increases from 1 160 MPa to 1 360 MPa.

摘要: 采用 100 kg 真空感应炉 + 电渣双联冶炼 N 含量分别为 0.005% 和 0.190% 两炉 Co66Cr28Mo6 合金,并 锻造成 Φ15 mm 棒材 。在相同工艺条件下,含 0.190% N 的 CoCrMo 合金具有更细小的晶粒( 10 ~11 级),且析出相以 纳米级 M ( CN) 型形式存在于晶界处,大量的形变孪晶和位错交互,合金抗拉强度由 1 160 MPa 提高至 1 360 MPa。
