Effect of Non-Sine Oscillation of Mold on Lubrication of Mold Flux and Surface Quality of Cast Billet

结晶器非正弦振动对结晶器润滑和铸坯表面质量的影响

Abstract: With using the theory of mold lubrication effect and by theory calculation on relation between mold oscillation parameters and liquid friction force and mold powder consumption, it is obtained that with increasing mold oscillation frequency the consumption of mold powder increases and with increasing the mold oscillation offset value the friction force of liquid in mold decreases, The application results of 160mmx160mm cast billet of cold-heading steel SWRCH35K show that with increasing the mold oscillation frequency from 160c/min to 190c/min, the consumption of mold powder increases from 0.35kg/t to 0.39kg/t, with increasing the mold oscillation offset value from 0.20 to 0.25, the friction force of liquid in mold decreases obviously to improve the surface quality of casting billet.

摘要: 运用结晶器润滑效果的理论,通过对结晶器振动参数与结晶器内液体摩擦力及保护渣消耗关系的理论计算,获得增加结晶器振动频率能提高保护渣的消耗量以及提高结晶器振动偏斜率能降低结晶器内液体摩擦力的结论。冷镦钢SWRCH35K 160mm×160mm铸坯的应用表明,结晶器振动频率从160c/min增加至190c/min时,保护渣消耗量从0.35kg/t增至0.39kg/t;并且结晶器振动偏斜率从0.20增至0.25时,结晶器内液体摩擦力降低,显著改善了铸坯表面质量。
