Abstract: The conditions of thermodynamics and kinetics for molybdenum trioxide reduced by main elements C, Si, Mn and Fe in BOF liquid are analyzed and the adding method of molybdenum trioxide during BOF steelmaking process is discussed. And the commercial production of steelmaking medium carbon cold-heading steel SCM435 (/%:0.35C, 0.22Si, 0.67Mn, 0.003S, 0.012P, 0.97Cr, 0.20Mo) is carried out in an 80t BOF by molybdenum trioxide to replace ferromolybdenum. Results show that the molybdenum trioxide in BOF has excellent reduction condition;in order to prevent evaporation of molybdenum trioxide, it is adding mix with inhibitor lime to insure the yield of molybdenum. The commercial pilot production show that by using molybdenum trioxide the average yield o£ molybdenum is up to 96.65% , the cost of tonnage steel decreases by 5.1 yuan, it meets the requirement of production.

摘要: 分析了转炉钢水中主要元素(C、Si、Mn、Fe)还原三氧化钼的热力学和动力学条件,讨论了转炉冶炼过程中三氧化钼的加入方式。并在80t转炉用三氧化钼替代钼铁进行冶炼中碳冷镦钢SCM435(/%:0.35C,0.22Si,0.67Mn,0.003S,0.012P,0.97Cr,0.20Mo)的工业实践。结果表明,三氧化钼在转炉中具有良好的还原条件;为防止三氧化钼挥发,其应与抑制剂CaO混合加入以保证钼的收得率。工业试验结果表明,钼的平均收得率达到96.65%,吨钢成本降低5.1元,满足生产需求。
