Abstract: The production flowsheet of φ5 mm coil of stainless steel 0Crl3 is 60t AOD-LF-150 mm x 150 mm casting billet-rolling process. By the optimizing processes including increasing the AOD top lance blowing flow rate from (70 + 50) m3/min to (95 +65) m3/min, controlling slag basicity 3.0~4.0 in oxidizing period and end temperature 1670~1710℃ , increasing lime quality, reducing tap to tap time and decreasing carbon pickup in process ; controlling suitable nitrogen-argon switching to properly decrease blowing nitrogen amount and realize in reduction low nitrogen control and argon balance use; and modifying the elliptic taphole to round taphole as a result decreased the tap to tap time from 180 s to 100 s so as to decrease the nitrogen increment in process, the steel 0Cr13 [C] decreases to ≤0.020% form original 0.025% , [N] decreases to ≤0.010% form original 0.020% and the [C+N] is ≤0.035% , and the tensile strength of the wire could control to less than 500 MPa.

摘要: 0Cr13不锈钢φ5 mm盘条的生产流程为60t AOD-LF-150 mm×150 mm铸坯-轧制工艺。通过优化工艺,包括AOD顶枪流量由(70+50)m3/min增至(95+65)m3/min,控制氧化期炉渣碱度3.0~4.0,终点温度1670~1710℃,提高石灰质量,缩短冶炼周期,减少过程增碳;控制合理的氮氩切换,适当减少吹氮量,达到还原期低氮控制与氩气的平衡使用;将椭圆形出钢口改成圆形出钢口,出钢时间由180 s降至100 s,减少过程增氮,使0Cr13钢[C]由原0.025%降至≤0.020%,[N]由原0.020%降至≤0.010%,[C+N]≤0.035%,线材抗拉强度可以控制在500 MPa以下。
