30t EAF-LF-VD-13t 铸锭流程生产14Cr1Mo钢的工艺实践

Abstract: The metallurgical process flowsheet of 64 mm x 160 mm forged slab of tested steel 14Cr1Mo (/% : 0.12C, 0.57Si, 0.48Mn, 0.003P, 0.001S, 1.20Cr, 0.42Mo, 0.01V, 0.00lNb, 0.017Al, 0.003As, 0.00lSb, 0.002Sn) is 30t EBT EAF-LF-VD-13t casting ingot- forging. With the process measures including using quality scrap, controlling EAF end [P]≤0.002% and end [C]0.07%〜0.10% , adding Al in EAF tapping for pre-deoxidization of liquid, LF maintaining white slag ≥30 min and VD 67 P≥25 min, and after VD adding 0.35 kg/1 Ca-Si wire, the gas content in steel is 1.5 x 10-6 [H] , 17 x 10-6[O] and 70 x 10-6[N] , the ratting of each nonmetallic inclusions in steel is 0.5 , and with conditioning treatment at 930℃, A. C. ,quenching at 910°C , W. C. and tempering at 700°C , A. C. , and simulate heat treatment after welding ( PWHT) at 690°C for 4~20h. F. C. , the mechanical properties of steel meets the requirement of reference standard NB/T470008-2010.

摘要: 试验14Cr1Mo钢(/%:0.12C,0.57Si0.48Mn0.003P0.001S1.20Cr0.42Mo0.01V0.001Nb,0.017A1,0.003As,0.001Sb,0.002Sn)64 mm×160 mm锻坯的冶金工艺流程为30t EBT EAF-LF-VD-13t铸锭-锻造。通过采用优质废钢,控制EAF终点[P]≤0.002%,终点[C]0.07%~0.10%,出钢加Al预脱氧,LF白渣时间≥30min,VD 67 Pa≥25 min,VD后喂0.35 kg/t Ca-Si线等工艺措施,钢中[H]为1.5×10-6,[O]17×10-6,[N]70×10-6,各类非金属夹杂物为0.5级。经930℃空冷预备热处理,910℃水冷+700℃空冷回火,690℃ 4~20h炉冷模拟焊后消除应力处理后的该钢力学性能满足参考标准NB/T47008-2010的要求。
