Abstract: Based on the statistics and analysis on tensile strength of HP295(0.13~0. 18C,0.80~1.00Mn,≥  0.015Nb,≥0.010Ti)hot rolled steel strip for gas bottle by using multiple regression analysis method,the linear equation of tensile strength gu of HP295 steel strip with carbon equivalent.Cop=C+0.2426Mn-0.353Si,strip thickness h and coiling  temperature CT:04=499. 1Cp- 17.72h-0.728CT+836.68.Examination  results  showed  that  relative  eror between calculated and measured value of tensile strength of HP295 steel strip was ≤8.67% to meet the requirement for calculated precision.

摘要: 在热轧HP295气瓶钢板(%:0.13~0.18C、0.80~1.00Mn、≥0.015Nb、≥0.010Ti)抗拉强度统计分析的基础上,采用多元线性回归方法建立了碳当量Cehp=c+0.242 6Mn-0.353Si、板厚h和卷取温度CT与HP295钢板抗拉强度σb之间的线性关系式:σb=499.1Cehp-17.72h-0.728CT+836.68。检验结果表明,HP295钢板抗拉强度的计算值与测量值之间的相对误差≤8.67%,满足计算精度要求。
