Abstract: The  cleanliness  low  carbon  aluminum  killed  steel(0.05～0.06C,0.04Al)was  melted  by  210  t  top  and  bottom combined blown converter - CAS(composition adjustment by sealed argon bubbling)refining - concasting 230 mm slab  flow  sheet.  With  sealed  argon  bubbling  treatment  for  27~28  min,the  total  [0]  of  liquid  steel  decreased  to(19~ 24)×10^-6    from(50～60)×10^-6 before  CAS   treatment,the   total    [0]    of   steel    in   tundish    decreased   to(17~20)×10^-6 and  the  total  oxygen  content  in  cast  slab  was(11~15)×10^-6.The  main  inclusions  in  cast  slab  were  ≤3  μm  spherical and  block  shaped  Al₂O₃  and  combined  Al₂O₃-MnS  inclusions,and  the  maximum  content  of ≥50  um  large  inclusions  in slab  was  5.18  mg/10kg

摘要： 洁净低碳铝镇静钢(%:0.05~0.06C、0.04Al)由210 t顶底复吹转炉-CAS精炼-连铸230 mm板坯流 程冶炼。通过27～28 min CAS密封吹氩处理，钢液T[0]由CAS前(50～60)×10~‘降至(19～24)×10^-6,中间包 钢水T[0]降至(17～20)×10^-6,铸坯总氧含量为(11～15)×10^-6。铸坯中主要为≤3 μm的球状、块状Al,O,和 Al₂0₃-MnS复合夹杂。≥50 μm的大型夹杂物最高含量为5.18 mg/10kg
