Abstract: The   φ65,φ70   mm  products   of  caterpillar   track   steel   35MnBM(0.35C,1.25Mn,0.0018B,0.029Al, 0.09V)was produced by  90 t  electric  arc  fumace-LF(VD)refining  -240 mm×240 mm billet  concasting  -  continuous rolling process at Beiman Special Steel. With VD treatment and whole period shield casting practice the[N] was ≤78×  10-6,the rating of non- metallic inclusions in steel was 0~2,no hair crack was detected and the grain size, structure and hardenability of steel all met the requirement of standard

摘要： 北满特钢通过90 t电弧炉-LF(VD)精炼-240 mm×240 mm方坯连铸-连轧工艺生产④65、φ70 mm链 轨节钢35MnBM(%:0.35C、1.25Mn,0.0018B、0.029Al,0.09V)。通过VD处理和全程无氧化保护浇铸，使[N]≤ 78×10-6,钢中非金属夹杂物为0~2级，无发纹，晶粒度、组织和淬透性均满足标准要求。
