Abstract: According to 1:2 ratio,the flow rate in 640 mm×90 mm water model mold with nozzle submerged depth 130~170 mm and outflow inclination of nozzle -30°~10°was tested by Laser Doppler Velocimetry(LDV), and its numerical simulation was carried out by FLUENT software. The results showed that increasing nozzle sub- merged depth and outflow inclination of nozzle were available to decrease the fluctuation of liquid free surface, but were not favourable to inclusion upfloating due to increasing impact depth of down stream and mass hot stream downlow.

摘要： 按1:2比例，通过多普勒激光测速仪(LDV)测试了水口插入深度130～170 mm、水口侧孔倾角 -30°~10°时640 mm×90mm 水模型结晶器的流场，并用FLUENT 软件进行了数值模拟。结果表明，浸入式 水口插入深度和水口侧孔倾角增大，有利于稳定钢液自由液面的波动，但增加了下流股的冲击深度，大量热钢 液下流，不利于夹杂物上浮。
