An Analysis on Break of Separating Ring for Horizontal Concasting and Improved Measures

水平连铸分离环碎裂的分析和改进措施

Abstract: The chemical composition of separating ring and concasting process have been improved by analysis on break of separating ring for horizontal concasting φ130 mm billet for tube and test of effect of separating ring composition on properties. The results showed that with using B-Sis N4+ 30% BN separating ring, manufactured size precision of separating ring up to 0.1 mm, controlling [N] no more than 60×10-6,[O] no more than 30×10-6 and reverse bush between 3 mm and 5 mm, the break of separating ring was controlled effectively ,the average break ratio of separating ring per month de- creased to less than 0.3% from original 8.3%.

摘要: 通过对Φ130mm管坯水平连铸用分离环拉坯过程碎裂的分析以及进行了分离环成分对性能影响的试验,改进了分离环的成分和连铸工艺。结果表明,当使用βSi3N4+30%BN分离环,分离环尺寸精度达到0.1mm,控制钢中N含量≤60×10-6,O含量≤30×10-6,反推量3~5mm时,分离环碎裂得到有效控制,月平均碎裂率由改进前的8.3%降至改进后0.3%以下。
