Abstract: By revamping to increase mould length and first cooling water flow rate, use active supply secondary water, automatic control of mould liquid level and mould electromagnetic stirring, the output per hour of 240 mm×240 mm concasting bloom increased to 84.67 t from original 64.73 t and casting speed increased to 1.0~1.1 m/min from 0.5~0.8 m/min. The casting steel grades were 0.2C steel bloom for tube,0.45C steel, steel for medium and low-pressure boiler tube, steel 40Cr and steel 20Cr etc. The maximum percentage up to standard for 0.20C steel casting bloom for tube in- creased to 80% in 2003 from 60% in 2002.
摘要: 通过增加结晶器长度、一次冷却水流量 ,采用二冷动态配水、结晶器液面自动控制和结晶器电磁搅拌等改造措施 ,湘钢 240mm× 240mm方坯连铸机小时产量由 64.73t提高到 84.67t,拉速由 0.5~ 0./8m min提高到 10~ 11m /min ,生产的钢种为 20管坯钢、45钢、中低压锅炉管用钢、40Cr、20Cr等。 20管坯最大合格率由 2 0 0 2年的~ 6 0 %提高到 2003年的 80 %。
