摘要:The stress-strain curves of corrosion resistant alloys G3 (%:0.012C,46.51Ni,24.71Cr,8.88Mo, 1.15W,1.72Cu,0. 10Nb),G3-Z(%:0.014C,46.53Ni,24.05Cr,6.89Mo,1.09W,1.70Cu)and alloy 825(%: 0.006C,43.77Ni,22. 10Cr,3.24Mo,1.90Cu,0.86Ti) with strain(e)0~0.8,strain rate 1~2.5s-1at 1030~ 1300 ℃ and the effect of temperature on max stress and reduction of area of alloys have been studied by using Thermomac-master-Z hot simulator,TEM and SEM,and the effect factors on dynamic recrystallization of alloys were analyzed. Results showed that with increasing temperature compensating factor Z,the grain size of dynamic-crystallizing of alloy G3,G3-Z and 825 decreased,and the available temperature range for hot-working was 1100~1240 ℃ for alloy G3,1130~1220 ℃ for alloy G3-Z and 1050~1240 ℃ for alloy 825.
摘要:Test and study on demanganization of hot metal by using 1 kg molybdenum-wound furnace and 10 kg induction furnace show that high [Si] ( ≥0.22% ) , low slag basicity (R≤0.65) and lower temperature are available to demanganization of hot metal ; as hot metal temperature T = 1280 °C , slag basicity R=0.44, (FeO)=11.36% and ( MnO)= 6.62% , the manganese distribution ratio between slag and metal LMn= 275.83, the demanganization rate ηMn=92.94% and end [Mn] =0.024% to meet the requirement of Mn content in high-pure pig iron.
摘要:Simulated calculation and analysis on equilibrium precipitated phases γ,M6C,P,μ and non-equilibrium solidification of alloy C-276(%;≤0.01C,14.5~16.5Cr,15.0~17.0Mo,≤2.5Co,4.0~7.0Fe,balance Ni)have been carried by using Thermo-Calc thermodynamic calculation software. Results show that during solidification of alloy the segregation of Mo and Cr is serious;and with increasing Cr content in alloy,the Cr content in matrix y phase increases obviously,while the Mo content in y phase decreases markedly; but the change of Mo content in alloy nearly hasn't infuence on Mo and Cr content in y phase,because with increasing initial Cr and Mo,the precipitated amount of P phase increases,and the Mo is main element of P phase, with increasing the amount of P phase, the Mo content in matrix γ phase decreases.

摘要:Based on CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-Na2O-CaF2slag system with 0.85 basicity, the effect of rotating velocity of TiO2bar (50-120 r/min) , basicity (0.7 ~ 1.15) , flux temperature (1300 ~ 1480 °C ) , TiO2(0 〜12% ) and CaF2(5% 〜15% ) content on TiO2absorbed rate by mold flux has been studied by rotating kinetics method. Results show that respectively with increasing temperature and basicity, decreasing TiO2content and increasing CaF2content in flux, the TiO2dissolution rate in flux increases, in which the effect of temperature and basicity is most notable. Diffusion process is an inhibited links for TiO2dissolution and activation energy of dissolution process is 130.9 kJ/mol.
摘要:Behaviour of thermal deformation of steel Cr5 (% :0.85C, 5.0Cr, 0.6Si, 0.5Ni, 0.4Mo, 0.1V) with stain rate 0.001 〜1 s-1 at 900 ~ 1200 °C has been studied by using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. The apparent activation energy Q for steel Cr5 is 307 kJ/mol. The thermal deformation equation for steel Cr5 is given to characterize the dependence of peak stress of thermal deformation on temperature and strain, and its processing map is established. With increasing deformation temperature and decreasing strain rate, the efficiency η of power dissipation increases, and with true strain 0. 7 and strain rate 0.001 sat 1100 °C the efficiency of power dissipation is up to peak value that is about 40%.

摘要:In order to study the influence of nozzles blocking of a 210 t RH unit up-snorkel on circulation flow rate, the 1:4 water model test has been carried out. Results show that with numbers of blocking nozzles in sequence being more than 3,the circulation flow rate decreases obviously; as the number of blocking nozzles is same,the decrease of circulation flow rate with blocking nozales in symmetry is less than that with blocking nozzles in sequence; RH process could be normalcontinuous as the numbers of blocking nozzles are 3 or less than 3;and with lowing the location of nozzles the circulation flow rate increases markedlv.

摘要:Deformation of slab at segment during dynamic soft reduction of casting 200 mm x 1 600 mm stainless steel slab has been simulated by soft ware ANSYS. It is obtained that the effective compensation of roll gap at No.l to No.11 of segment is 0.2 ~ 1.0 mm. Production application results show that with casting speed 0.7 m/min and 0. 9 m/min, dynamic soft reduction rate 0.8 ~ 1.4 mm/m, total reduction 1.30 〜4.56 mm, the center segregation of slab all improves and the error of thickness of slab between measured and given value is less than 0. 5 mm; at casting speed 0.7 m/min, as without using dynamic soft reduction the center segregation index of C and S is 1. 3, while with dynamic soft reduction rate 1. 2 mm/m, solidification rate at reduction zone is 20% 〜50% , the center segregation index of C and S decreases to 1.05.

摘要:Generally speaking,the carbon content in X120 pipeline steel is 0.05% ,and (Cu+Ni+Cr+Mo)content in steel≤2% with adding microalloying elements V,Nb,Ti,B. The steel has high strength,high toughness and nice weldability by control rolling and heavy accelerated cooling process.The in-line heat treatment process device JFE-HOP, the interupted direct quenching(IDQ)process,the direct quenching DQ-T process and the quenching partitioning (Q & P)technology for production of pipeline steel X120 are presented,and the possible existed problem and future development are discussed.

摘要:Based on the study on behavior of nitriding and denitriding of stainless steel 304 in AOD refining process, the calculating models for nitriding and denitriding of steel in AOD process have been established. The verified results for the AOD nitriding model by 120 t AOD unit refining show that after picking out the error data, in oxidation third-period the percentage for absolute error of nitrogen content in steel less than 100 x 10-4% between measured and calculated values is up to 85% ; and for the AOD denitriding model, in reduction period and desulphurization period the percentage for that less than 100 x 10-4% between measured and calculated values is above 80% , and the aim ratio of nitrogen content in steel in AOD desulphurization period is about 90%.
摘要:The pipeline steel(%:0.039~0.042C,1.56~1.62Mn,0.01Ti,0.05Nb,0.03V) was melted by torpedo desulfurization,adding low sulphur scrap in LD,LD tapping with slag stopper and adding deoxidizer Si-Fe and Mn-Fe and controlling end [C] 0.026%~0.030%,RH degassing treatment and alloying added Mn-Fe,LF refining with high basicity slag and feeding Ca wire.Examination results showed that in cast billet of pipeline steel the sulphur content was (10~18)×10-6the T[O]=30×10-6the size of most inclusions ≤40 μm,and the main inclusion was calcium aluminate with few Al2O3and individual MnS being available to increase the resistance on hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC).
摘要:The quality of 150 mm ×150 mm casting billet of 0.60C steel(0.57%~0.62%C) with and without M-EMS (mold electromagnetic stirring) has been systematically studied,and the M-EMS process was optimized. Results showed that with stronger M-EMS current intensity (250 A) and lower superheating extant of liquid steel(≤25 ℃)for casting process,the quality of billet was obviously improved,i.e.the average ratio of equiaxed zone at billet centre of 0.60C steel increased to 52.58% from 27.65%,the central carbon segregation index decreased from 1.07 to 1.01,the content and size of inclusions in billet decreased markedly as the oxide inclusions in liquid steel were efficiently removed.
摘要:Charge of 70 t high impedance UHP EBT electric arc furnace at Chengdu Iron and Steel,Pansteel is 20% hot metal+80% pig iron-scrap. Three RCB coherent oxygen lances are installed at wall of furnace and two lances for coal powder injection are installed at wall of both side of furnace door. Steelmaking practice showed that the decarburization rate by blowing oxygen was 0.08%~0.012% C/min,the electric power consumption was 310.86 kWh/t steel with electrode consumption 1.67 kg/t steel and oxygen consumption 46.7 m³/t steel,and the tap to tap time was 56 min.

摘要:Effect of Ca-Si modified treatment on morphology and ingredient of sulfide in steel 30MnVS (%:0.30~0.33C,1.40~1.60Mn,0.08~0.14V,0.065~0.090S) has been studied by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and thermodynamic calculation. Results show that with increasing Ca content(0.0012%,0.0021%,0.0035% and 0.0046%)in steel,cluster rod-like sulfides gradually modify to dispersing globular sulfides,and most of sulfides have compound oxide core,the change sequence of its ingredient is CaO·3(Al2O3)·SiO2-3(CaO)·6(Al2O3)·2(SiO2)-6(CaO)·9(Al2O3)·4(SiO,)-4(CaO)·3(Al2O3)·2(SiO2),and the results of calculation coincide with that of experiment analysis.
摘要:The effect of product thickness (0.35 ~0.65 mm) of sheet on texture, magnetic induction and core less of 0. 003% C-2.40% Si-0.32% Al non-oriented silicon steel sheet have been studied. Results showed that with decreasing the thickness of sheet, the component of unfavorable texture in products to magnetic properties increased, the component of favorable texture decreased led to decreasing magnetic induction; in conditions of definite chemical composition and grain size of steel, the major factor to influence core loss was thickness of steel sheet, as the thickness decreased from 0.65 mm to 0.35 mm, the core loss decreased obviously.

摘要:As heat conductivity of austenite heat resistant stainless steel 310S (%:0.05C,24.5Cr,19.3Ni)is poor,only 0.029 × 4.18 J/(cm · ℃)at 100℃,the surface longitudinal cracks with wide 0.1~10 mm and depth 1~20 mm of 200 mm ×(950~2150)mm casting slab easy produce.By using mold flux ST-SP/310 with lower melting point-1085 ℃ to replace mold fux ST-SP/810 with higher melting point-1120℃,decreasing broad face and narrow face cooling; water rate respectively to 4300 L/min and 430 L/min from original 4500 L/min and 460 L/min,decreasings liquid superheating extent to 20~35℃ from 30~45℃ and lowering casting speed to 0.80~0.90 m/min from 0.95 m/min,the quality of cast slab obviously improves to avoid the occurrence of surface longitudinal crack.
摘要:A new 120 t top and bottom combined blown converter with TBM bottom blowing dephosphorization technology and new 6 bore great flow rate oxygen lance is built at steelmaking plant.As compared with original 80 t converter, the speed of reaction between liquid steel and slag increases,the reaction is easily tending towards balance,the average dephosphorization rate increases by 48.9%,the average time of blowing oxygen decreases by 3.5 min,the average tap to tap time reduces by 5 min,the percentage of converter end(FeO) decreases by 2.93% and the average consumption of iron-scrap charging decreases by 1 kg/t.

摘要:Pipeline steel X70 [%:0.04C,1.53Mn,0.106(Nb+V+Ti)] is melted by 100t BOF-LF-RH-CC flow sheet and feeding Φ13 mm 60Si-28Ca wire treatment is used during LF refining.It is obtained by calculation and commercial production test that with increasing wire feeding speed to 200 m/min from 100 m/min,the average calcium yield increases to 14.93% from 4.05%,and with feeding 420~500 m Si-Ca wire by 200 m/min,the requirement of modification on sulfide is satisfied,69% inclusions in cast billet are 2~10 μm globular and similar to globoid which locate at low-melting-point zone in CaO-Al2O3-MgO phase diagram with nice modifcation effect.
摘要:Medium carbon sulfur free-cutting steel 1141 (%:0.37~0.45C,1.20~1.65Mn,0.06~0.12S) and steel 1144 (%:0.40~0.48C,1.35~1.65Mn,0.24~0.33S) are melted by 65 t Consteel EAF-LF(VD)-(150~200) mm ×(150~200) mm CC flow sheet.With feeding Al wire during refining to control [Al] 0.02%~0.05%,end-refining-slag basicity (CaO/SiO2) 2.62~3.02 to keep sulfide capacity in end refining up to saturation state,and blowing argon 200~250 L/min,≥ 15 min during VD process,the [S] of steel 1141 before and after VD is respectively 0.11%~0.12% and 0.10%~0.12%,and the [S] of steel 1144 before and after VD is respectively 0.30%~0.33% and 0.29%~0.30%,therefore the sulfur content in steel before and after VD process is constant.
摘要:Un-homogeneity of deformation is the driving force on pencil-tip shaped fracture of cord steel 72A during cold drawing. The coarse proeutectoid ferrite and thicker cementite lamella at center of wire are source of crack during rough drawing; and the crack produced by center segregation often occurs during middle-drawing.With controlling center carbon segregation index of cast billet ≤ 1.1 , using ≥ 15℃/s quick cooling process before phase transformation,control- ling cooling at phase transformation zone 600~620 ℃ similar isothermal transformation to obtain proeutectoid ferrite content ≤0.8%,uniform sorbite structure being up to 90%,the pencil-tip shaped fracture of 72A steel wire during straight-line drawing is basically avoided.
摘要:The CCT(continuous cooling transformation)curves,microstructure transformation and mechanical prop-erties of 16 mm plate of ultra-low carbon bainite steel DB800 (%:0.058C,0.29Mo,0.05Nb,0.08V,0.02Ti, 0.001B) melted by 50 kg vacuum induction furnace and control-rolled and cooled have been measured and studied. Results show that the structure of test steel water cooled with cooling rate 10 ℃/s is globular bainite which presents lath morphology by TEM observation; the test steel has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties:tensile strength-885 MPa,yield strength-733 MPa,elongation- 15.2%,longitudinal impact energy at -20 ℃-46 J and nice cold-bending property.
摘要:Continuous cooling transformation(CCT) and structure of 85 mm FTSR(Flexible Thin Slab rolling) cast slab ofa low carbon steel(%:0.19C,1.15Mn,0.008Mo,0.002Ti,0.032Als)deformed 40% with stain rate 5 s-1 at 1000 ℃ then cooling with 5℃/s to 900 ℃ and deformed 30% with 50s-1 and cooling to 400℃ with 1~70 ℃/s,then air cooling have been studied by Gleeble-3500 thermo-mechanical simulator.Results showed that as cooling rate ≤20 ℃/s,the CCT structure of steel was ferrite and pearlite,and as cooling rate was up to 30 ℃/s,minor globular bainite occurred in structure; with increasing cooling rate the grain size decreased,and as cooling rate was up to 10 ℃/s the grain size in steel was ≤ 10 μm and as cooling rate was ≥20℃/s.the grain refinement extent was minor.

摘要:Transformation point of continuous cooling austenite at cooling rate 0.5~50 ℃/s in cast billet of X80 pipeline steel (%:0.034~0.036C,1.79~1.80Mn,0.26~0.62Cr,0.12Nb,0.01Ti,0.0037~0.0038N) melted by 50 kg vacuum induction furnace was determined by Formaster-F Ⅱ dilatometer,and structure of steel was observed. Results showed that at same cooling rate,with increasing Cr content in steel the overcooling austenite continuous cooling trans- formation point to bainite decreased,the lath bainite easily formed in structure,and the microhardness obviously increased.
摘要:True stress-strain curves of 690 mm tube blank of microalloying non-quenched-tempered steel 40Mn2V (% :0.38C, 1.48Mn, 0.12V) with defonnation rate 0.5~2.0 s-1at 800~1000 °C have been measured by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator to study the dynamic recrystallization behavior of the steel. Results show that the dynamic recrystallization activation energy Qdof steel 40Mn2V is 382.21 kJ/mol ; it is obtained by dynamic recrystallization figure that it is difficult to complete the dynamic recrystallization of steel 40Mn2V as factor Z >2. 621 x 1015and occurrence of the dynamic recrystallization of steel is difficult as factor Z >2. 014 x 1017.
摘要:Test Q & P(quenching and partitioning)steel(%:0. 17C,1.40Si,1.48Mn,0.25Al)was melted a 7.5 kg vacuum induction furnace then rolled to 1.0~1.5 mm plate.The heat treatment process of the test Q & P steel plate was simulated by a shaft salt bath furnace with austenizing at 910 ℃,quenching to 200~245 ℃ for 20 s,heating to parti-tioning temperature 300~450℃ for 60~600 s,then quick cooling.Results show that with quenching to 245℃ for 20 s, partitioning at 300~350℃ for ≥300 s,it is available to assure the carbon atom accumulating to residual austenite from martensite and get high product of strength-elongation(25000~30000 MPa%).
