      摘要:Based on analogy theory,1:4 water model has been established for 300 t RH refining unit at Masteel The effects of different immersion depth on circulation flow, mixing time and residence time of vacuum chamber were investigated. Test results show that the circulating flow rate increases with the increase of immersion depth. When the immersion depth is greater than 500 mm, the upward trend of circulating flow slows down. When immersion depth is greater than 500 mm,the mixing time is low. When the immersion depth reaches 520 mm,the rising trend of the residence time of the vacuum chamber begins to weaken. When the immersion depth exceeds 560 mm,the residence time of the vacuum chamber changes little. Taking account of the above factors, the optimum immersion depth of 300 t RH at Masteel should be controlled within 520 ~ 560 mm.

      摘要:A 1 mm cold rolled plate of nitrogen bearing martensitic stainless steel 420U6 with reduction 66% was simulated-annealed by the Gleeble-3800 thermo-simulation machine, the recrystallization temperature under a constant holding time and the recrystallization time under a constant temperature were determined respectively by hardness method and metallographic examination, the recrystallization activation energy of the test steel was calculated according to Arrhenius equation. Test results showed that the recrystallization temperature in steel was 664. 2 Y when holding time was 60 s ;the recrystallization time in steel was 7. 7 s when annealing temperature was 780 °C ; and the calculated recrystallization activation energy Qr was 145. 3 kJ/mol.

      摘要:The reduction conditions of thermodynamics and dynamics of molybdenum oxide in BOF steelmaking process by using molybdenum oxide direct reduction alloying to replace adding molybdenum iron alloying during tapping are analyzed. And the 110t BOF commercial experiment to steelmaking B7 steel (/% : 0.38 〜0.48C, 0.15 ~25 Mo) and steel 42CrMoA (/% : 0.38 ~0.45C,0.15 ~0.25Mo) has been carried out. The results show that the molybdenum yield by BOF molybdenum oxide direct reduction alloying is about the same by adding molybdenum iron alloying during tapping,i. e. about 95% ,and with using molybdenum oxide direct reduction alloying the steelmaking cost decreases markedly, the melting cost per ton steel decreases by about 22 yuan.

      摘要:The production flowsheet of test stainless steel 20Crl3 (/% : 0.20C, 0.37Si, 0.54Mn, 0.030P, 0.002S, 12.22Cr, 0.007Al) is 25 t EAF-VOD-LF-ingot casting. The effect of [Si] and slag basicity on (Cr2O3) content in slag and the desulphurization efficiency of slag by silicon deoxidation process have been analyzed. The calcium yield for stainless steel 20Cr13 by VOD-LF with Si deoxidation refining process is 99. 27% , the [ S] at LF refining beginning is 0. 014% and at end refining [ S] is 0. 007% to meet the requirement of actual production and save the consumption of aluminium ingot and high-carbon ferrochrome and decrease the production cost of stainless steel 20Crl3.

      摘要:The Φ18 mm hot-rolled coil of steel 40CrMoV (/% :0.36 ~0.44C, 0. 15 ~0. 35 Si, 0.45 ~0.70Mn, ≤ 0.025P, ≤ 0.025S, 0.80 - 1. 15Cr, 0.50 - 0.65Mo, 0.25 ~0.35V) is produced by 80 t top and bottom combined blowing converter-LF-RH-325 mm x 280 mm bloom casting flowsheet at Xingtai Steel. Results show that with the process measures including controlling BOF end carbon 0. 08% ~0. 12% , tapping liquid temperature 1 640 ~ 1 660 Y , adding deoxidation agent and alloys during tapping, LF slag series CaO-SiO2-Al2O3finished refining white slag basicity 4 ~ 8 and T (FeO + MnO) ≤ 1.0% , RH vacuum ≤ 100 Pa, treated time for ≥20 min, feeding calcium wire, casting mold electromagnetic stirring and controlling rolling and cooling, the average T [0] in coil of steel is 10 X 10-6average N content is 33 X 10-6tensile strength of steel 1 200 ~ 1 250 MPa, reduction of area 59% ~62% , rating of nonmetallic inclusions A 0.5 and D I.0, rating of each macrostructure 1.0, and each performance index all meets the requirement of user.

      摘要:The production flow sheet of 4>60 mm bar products of non-quenching and non-tempering steel C70S6 BY is 60 t UHP EAF-LF-VD-240 mm x240 mm bloom casting-c-ontinuous rolling. The parts of defects of continuous-rolled products are sampled by ultrasonic detection, defined defect position and sampling, and analyzed by macrostructure and microstructure examination. It is obtained that the defects are center cracks ; its forming cause is casting bloom non-uniform heating and producing larger cooling stress after rolling. With using the measures including improving casting bloom heating process, in¬creasing heating temperature at second zone from 1 239 X to 1 248 °C , total heating time m2.0 h, temperature of bloom at soaking zone being 1 232 龙 for 20 ~40 min, modified the cooling process after rolling from stacking cooling for 24 h to pit cooling for 38 h, the off-qualified rate of products by ultrasonic detection decreases from original 36. 80% to 0.78% .

      摘要:The calculation method of the nonlinear equation is used to calculate the hardenability of 20CrMnTiH steel, and it can only be corrected by the actual production data, and can be used to calculate and predict the hardenability accurately. The deviation between the calculated value and the measured value is not more than 2HRC. By chemical composition design and control 20CrMnTiH steel ,it is to ensure △ [C] less than 0.007% ,△ [Si] less than 0. 04% , △ [ Mn ] , △ [Cr] less than 0.02% ,△ [Ti] less than 0. 01% , △ [ Alt] less than 0. 010% , [ Ni] , [ Cu] no more than 0. 05% , [ Mo] , [ W], [V] no more than 0.03% , [ P] , [ S] no more than 0. 020% , [ N] and [ B] no more than 0. 006 0% and 0. 000 5% respectively ,and the control of carbon segregation index is less than 1.035% ,the end quenching can achieve the international advanced level of the permeability of HRC4 bandwidth control.

    • Development and Preproduction of 15B36Cr Steel for Track Link

      摘要:The Φ60 mm 15B36Cr steel two furnace for Track Link (/% : 0.30 ~0.37C、0.15 〜0.30Si、1.20 ~ 1.50Mn、≤ 0. 040P、 ≤ 0.050S、0.20 ~ 0.40Cr、≤ 0. 25Ni、≤ 0.35Cu、≤ 0.06Mo、0.0005 - 0.0030B) was produced by 90 t LD with top-bottom blowing-LF-RH- 200 mm x200 mm billet concasting-continuous rolling process at Huaigang Special Steel. With more narrow chemical constituents influencing hardenability, controlling LD end [C] ≥ 0.08% and roughing slags amount using effectively slag stopping technology and detecting system of roughing slags, diffusion deoxidation of LF using aluminum particle and carbide, treating for 20 ~ 30 min in the minimum vacuum degree of RH, shielding casting with mold electromagnetic stirring and final electromagnetic stirring and by low superheat pouring, the examination results show that the chemical constituents of steel 15B36Cr is stable, except B heavy inclusion, the rating of other inclusion in steel is no more than 1.0, the hardenability band is more narrow, and the key technical indexs of test steel satisfy the requirements of customer and expectation.

      摘要:The economy material of 29MnCr6 was developed successfully by dalipia pipe company, which to product collapse resistance oil casing tube of Φ244. 5 mm x 10. 03 mm specification L80-1 grade. Compare with the conventional 25CrMo material ,29MnCi6 material has the characteristics of low smelting cost and low heat treatment energy consumption, which can reduce production cost. By actual performance testing, compared with the conventional 25CrMo material, the L80- 1 steel grade oil casing that 29MnCr6 material producted has same tensile properties basically, the impact toughness meets APT 5 CT standard requirement, and the collapse resistance values are similar, bose have high level of collapsehigher that higher API Bull 5C2 collapse resistance standard value 60% , but meets the requirements of API 5 CT standard fully. So 29MnCr6 material can instead of 25CrMo material completely.

    • Process Practice of Low Carbon Steel QD08 Production  by 120 t RH-LF

      摘要:This paper introduces the practice of producing low carbon steel QD08 by using RH-LF refining method at Wuhu Xinxing Pipe Co Ltd. We analyzed and studied the initial conditions of converter outbound molten steel, RH vacuum decarburization principle and process control, LF smelting from three aspects. The results show that the initial molten steel control conditions are [C] 0.04% ~0.010% , [0] >300 x 10-6and the converter end temperature TN 1 650 X.. With the increase of the vacuum treatment time, the vacuum degree decreased, the PCO in the vacuum chamber decreased, the concentration of carbon and oxygen decreased, and the decarburization was carried out in the vacuum chamber. The vacuum decarburization was determined by RH vacuum decarburization. The decarburization rate changed increase first and then decrease ,the decarburization rate has some regularity. After the RH vacuum treatment, the molten steel needs to be operated in the LF, such as desulfurization, heating and alloying, and the amount of slag is 20 ~ 23 kg/t, final slag (FeO) + (MnO) <1.2%, R≥3.5 .

      摘要:Grade (/% :0.3C-1.6Si-0. 8Mn-1.1Cr-0.48Mo-0.1 V)of ultra high strength steel has been melted by 6 t vacuum induction & vacuum arc remelting processes. Through comparing the structures and mechanical properties of this steel melt with different superheat degree,the test results show that the rating of banding structure decreases from 2.5 to 1 and the fracture toughness average value increases from 85 MPa . m1/2to 116. 3 MPa . m1/2when VIM casting temperature decreases from (1 600 ± 10) °C to (1 560 ± 10) °C . So the low temperature casting process is the key to improve the uniform of material.

      摘要:With the process measures including in LF refining process using 0. 004% Ti medium carbon manganese iron and 0. 012% Ti low titanium chromium iron for adjusting alloy content in steel and using amount of 0. 3%Ti silicon-car- bide ≤10 kg/heat, using high basicity refining slag (/% ) : 50 ~55CaO, 5 - 8SiO227 ~ 31 Al2O37MgO, ≤ 0.8( FeO + MnO) and feeding sulfur wire, the chemical composition of 4 heats steel 16MnCr5 is stable i. e. /% : 0.17 ~ 0.19C, 0.12 ~0.16Si, 1.15 ~ 1.16Mn, 0.012 -0.016P, 0.026 〜0.030S, 0.93 ~0.96Cr, 0.007 ~ 0.008Ti, 0.0006 ~ 0.0008B, 0.026 ~0.030Alt, 0. 0013 ~0.0025O) , the rating of inclusions in steel is A thin series ≤2.0, A heavy series ≤1.5, other ≤l.0, the rating band structure in steel is ≤ 2.0 and the hardenability band width △ HRC scale ≤ 6 to meet the requirement of technical specification.

      摘要:The cause and damage to produce splashing in converter steelmaking are analyzed and the effect of foam slag inhibitor ingredient, adding amount and adding method on splashing has been discussed. The production results show that with using the optimum ingredient of inhibitor /% : 10~15C, 35~40CaO, 5~l0MgO, 25~30 volatile-matters + ash, inhibitor size 20 ~ 50 mm, adding amount 2 kg/t and with after using foam slag inhibitor the ingredient of slag is /% : 43.97CaO, 17.95SiO26.8MgO and basicity 2.45, the expected aim is achieved to decrease slag splashing amount from original 300 - 600 kg/fumace to 100 ~300 kg/furnace, and the production cost per ton steel decreases by 5 ~ 10 yuan.

      摘要:On the basis of actual production data in the first steelmaking plant of FuSteel,the objective is to improve cleanliness of automobile gear steel FAS3420H. The nozzle clogging and oxide inclusion are analysized by using SEM and the aim of solving nozzle clogging is definited, that is decreasing B inclusion in steel. Several measures were implemented, such as optimizing oxygen supply curve of EAF to reduce liquid steel oxidation, optimizing fluidity and basicity of LF slag to increase adsorption capacity of inclusion. The problem of nozzle clogging is solved during production process of continuous casting. The average oxygen mass fraction in production can reach to 9. 2 x 10~6, B thin series rating of inclusions is no more than 1. 0 and B coarse series rating of inclusions is less than or equal to 0. 5 in bar.

      摘要:The chemical composition, scanning electron microscopy and auger electron spectroscopy were used to analyze the reasons of the strip fracture of high strength IF steel HC250IF containing phosphorus during straightening in pickling & rolling process. It is confinned that the content of B is too low and the segregation of P at grain boundary could not be inhibited,and the FeTiP or Fe3P compound formed at the grain boundary resulting in brittleness is the basic cause of strip fracture. By optimized process for adding boron, increasing the content of B from 0.0002% 〜0.0007% to 0.0008% ~ 0.0012% , controlling strictly the content N≤ 30 x 10-6and vacuum cycle for 8 min after adding the boron iron in RH process, it is to ensure the uniformity of the composition, the strip fracture of high strength IF steel containing phosphorus during straightening in pickling & rolling process can be effectively avoided.

      摘要:In order to further decrease the manufacturing costs of high grade non-oriented silicon steel, through optimizing process of hot deforming, dynamic crystal was promoted, low-cost high grade non-oriented producing by the method of no-normalizing**one-step cold rolledr,would be one possibility. Based on silicon steel of 2. 5% ( Si + Al) ,as close as possible to the actual production situation, the process were simulated by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation test machine, with constant strain rate 0. 1s-1and the heating temperature of 1100 ~ 1200 ℃,the thermal deformation temperature of 900 ~ 1050 ℃ X.,deformation amount of 20% ~ 65% . Through the observation of microstructure,the results showed that,The higher thermal deformation temperature and the larger the deformation amount, the more conducive to the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization. But the heating temperature (≤1200℃ )had no significant effect on the dynamic recrystallization

      摘要:Effect of annealing temperature and holding time on the recrystallization behaviour and mechanical properties of hot rolled stainless steel SUS410L was investigated. Results showed that the hot rolled plate SUS410L did not complete the recrystallization process when annealing temperature was 700 ℃ and holding time was 480 min. The recrystallizai- ton completion time for annealing temperatures of 750 ℃ and 800 ℃ were 120 min and 30 min respectively, grains gradually grew bigger after the completion of recrystallization. To avoid the formation of martensite which decreases the elongation of the material, annealing temperature should not be higher than 800 ℃. Mechanical properties of the material were closely correlated with the recrystallization level. Annealing temperature of 750 ℃ and holding time of 480 min led to the best comprehensive mechanical properties: elongation of 38% , HRB hardness of 67 , yield strength of 236 MPa and tensile strength of 441 MPa.

    • Fatigue Properties of Vanadium-Silicon-Manganese Spring Steel 35SiMnVB

      摘要:The microstructure, mechanical properties, high-frequency fatigue properties of vanadium-containing silicon -manganese 35SiMnVB spring steel, as well as the process performance and fatigue life of the plate spring assembly for a certain auto model and the commonly used 60CrMn steel were studied and tested. The comparison shows that 35SiMnVB steel has good strength-toughness matching,higher high frequency fatigue life and better process performance than that of 60CrMn steel, and the fatigue life of the bench is more than 150 000 times to meet the technical requirements of rear leaf spring assembly of a auto model.
