      摘要:The hot-deformation behaviours of HGH3126 Ni-based alloy (/% : W0.005C ,17. 20Cr,4. 21W,16.25Mo, 5. 49Fe,0. 46Mn,0. 20V) at deformation temperature 950 〜1200 °C and strain rate 0. 01 ~ 10 s-1are studied by hot compression test. Based on Arrhenius equation and Zener-Hollomon parameter model, the stress strain constitutive equation of HGH3126 alloy during hot deformation is established. By observing the microstructure of the HGH3126 alloy after high temperature compression, the effect of deformation temperature and strain rate on recrystallization behavior of the HGH3126 alloy is analyzed. The results show that the higher the deformation temperature, the easilier the dynamic recrystallization nucleation, the smaller the strain rate, and the more sufficiently the dynamic recrystallization process. With strain rate 0. 1 s-1at 1100 °C the complete dynamic recrystallization of the alloy has occurred basically.

      摘要:Based on 260-ton top blowing converter of a steel works, the 1:7 physical model is established, and the interaction between the innovated double-structure oxygen lance and the molten pool is analyzed. The depth, width and stirring intensity of cavity under different impacting conditions are discussed and the results are compared with those of traditional oxygen lance. It is found that the cavity depth formed by the interaction between the new nozzle and the molten pool is almost equal to that of the traditional nozzle. At design flow and the lance height H = 35 de, the maximum cavity depth formed by the innovated nozzle is 147 mm; as compared with traditional lance at different lance height the average impact cavity diameter by innovated lance increases by 22%. The corresponding optimal operating lance position is 35 ~40 de under the design flow.

      摘要:Based on the structural parameters and cooling conditions of Liansteel slab caster, a numerical model of solidification & heat transfer during steel Q235B 230 mm x 1280 mm slab continuous casting is established. The temperature distribution of slab and the variation of shell thickness are studied, and the effects of superheat and casting speed on the temperature of slab and the position of solidification end are also studied. It is concluded that with the increase of superheat and casting speed, the temperature at the center and comer of billet increases as a whole. With the same other parameters, the solidification end and the disappearance position of liquid phase move backward 0. 38 m and 0. 31 m respectively with every 10℃ of superheat increase, and the solidification end and the disappearance position of liquid phase move backward 2. 06 m and 1.4 m respectively with every 0. 1 m/min increase of casting speed. Through numerical simulation, the variation of slab temperature and solidification end position are mastered.

      摘要:The effect of 0. 03% —0. 21% Si on structure and properties of 10B21 cold heading steel of containig boron (/% :0.20C,0.03 〜0,21Si,0. 82 ~0. 83Mn,0, 009 〜0. 013S,0. 015 〜0. 016P,0.0019 ~ 0.0020B)Φ34 mm hot- rolled coil has been analyzed and studied. The end-rolling temperature of hot-rolling coil is 900℃ ,slow-cooling. Results show that with increasing Si content in 10B21 steel from 0. 03% to 0. 21% , the tensile strength of coil increasing from 480 MPa to 489 MPa, i. e. that increases by 9 MPa; the HRB hardness value increases by 5. 3 ; the size of ferrite groups in structure of steel reduces from 52μm; to 42 μm; the size and quantity of non-metallic inclusions has no obvious change ; and the hardenability of steel improves.

      摘要:The process flowsheet for steel 20CrMnTiH is 100 t BOF-LF-VD-bloom casting-rolling. By improving converter tapping [C] ≥08% , optimizing refining slag system, controlling the CaO/Al2O3in slag 1. 5 to 1. 7 ,using feeding SiCa wire to replace feeding Ca wire and preventing secondary oxidation of molten steel in casting, the oxygen content in gear steel 20CrMnTiH is 0.0015% ~0. 0019% and rating of inclusions in steel is ≤0.5.

      摘要:Through the sampling analysis in the production process of U75V heavy rail steel, the inclusions evolution and control of large scale inclusions in heavy rail steel are investigated base on the samples taken during steelmaking process. The results show that the total oxygen content in molten steel can be reduced to less than 10 x 10-6by controlling the aluminium content ≤20x10-6the binary basicity of refining slag 1.8 ~ 2.2,the white slag holding time 15 min,and the RH vacuum 100 Pa 15 min. The coarse inclusions of B and D are basically eliminated and the inclusions of C are completely plasticized in finished product, aluminium content less than 20 x 10-6With the overheat of tundish 25 ~35℃ ,the average residence time of tundish steel (750 ±30) s,the depth of nozzle insertion 90 ~ 110 mm,and the fluctuation of mould liquid level ≤ ±3 mm,the inclusion in molten steel can be removed.

      摘要:According to thermodynamics studying on the balance of dephosphorization and phosphorus reduction, the relationship between pouring temperature and slag basicity at first deslagging for double slag process in 120 t converter smelting low phosphorus steel has been difined. According to calculating phosphorus partition ratio Lp, it gets the influence of basicity(FeO) on Lp at 1450 °C. and obtains the optimal dephosphorization slag basicity and (FeO) value through Factsage software. The calculation shows that with the increase of slag basicity, the optimal temperature ranges for dephosphorization move to high; the optimal basicity is 2 and (FeO) is 20% ~25% at 1450 °C for first deslagging process.

      摘要:The 150 mm thick steel cladding plate is rolled by two block 365 mm cladding bloom, the delamination crack at 1/2 thickness of quenched-tempered cladding plate occurs when cutting four sides by flame. Analysis results show that quenching delamination crack is induced by the inclusions in central cladding interface together with the quenching stress. When the cladding bloom welding vacuum decreases from 5 x 10-2Pa to 1 x 10-2Pa,the cladding plate is not found inclusions in cladding interface and the delamination crack at 1/2 thickness cladding plate does not occur.

      摘要:By means of analyzing the characteristics of TISCO stainless steel raw materials such as chromium-nickel crude iron, high-carbon ferrochrome and molten iron, studying the optimal use of Si and C elements in the raw materials, and using of various combinations of intermediate frequency furnace, electric arc furnace, converter, AOD and other processes, the several different combinations of stainless steel process routes for 300 series and 400 series stainless steel has been developed ,and a multi-in-one process stainless steel production process is formed. Production practice shows that as 400 series stainless steel is smelted by mixing molten iron dephosphorized by 180 t converter and pre-melted of high carbon ferrochrome by 50 t medium frequency furnace charging to AOD process,the chromium yield increases by 2.47% ,ferrosilicon consumption reduces by 5.5 kg/t,and lime consumption reduces by 10 kg/t,as 300 series stainless steel is produced by mixing the pre-melt melted by 160 t electric arc furnace + 2 x 50 t intermediate frequency furnace charging to AOD process,chromium yield increases by 2. 2% ,electrode consumption is reduced by 1.8Kg/t,and smelting cost is greatly reduction.

    • Influence of Calcium-Free Treatment Process on Cleanliness of Alloy Steel

      摘要:The thermodynamics and kinetics theoretical basis of modification of inclusions by calcium treatment is expounded. Through the test by LF-VD flowsheet,at calcium-free treatment conditions,except low carbon steel,the castability of medium and high carbon steel is good, the Ca content in the steel can be controlled by ≤0.001% ,and the hit rate of non-metallic inclusions of rating D and Ds W1,0 is obviously improved. By optimizing ingredient of refining slag and using a method of later sulfur-alloying for sulfur-containing aluminum killed steel, it can improve the morphology of inclusions, resulting in fine,diffuse distribution of ( Ca / Mn) • S inclusions to improve the cutting performance of steel.

      摘要:Based on 21Cr-llNi stainless steel,steel 253MA (/% :0. 05 ~0. 10C,l- 2 ~2. 0Si,20 ~22Cr,10 ~ 12Ni, 0. 14 - 0. 20N ,0. 03 ~0. 08Ce) as a heat resistance austenite stainless steel is developed by adding nitrogen and Ce. Because of low melting point of this steel, the fluidity of molten steel is poor. Consequently, the addition of nitrogen and Ce is a difficult problem. The adding RE method, the deoxidization process and the model for N2 content control are studied. With process measures including using N2 stirring in whole AOD process and using Ar stirring 1. 8 ~2. 2 m3/t before AOD taping to decrease nitrogen,and decreasing [O] to 15 x 10-6~20 x 10-6and feeding Ce coils 13 m/t in the steel at LF, the 253MA stainless steel can be produced commercially.

    • Analysis on High Carbon SWRH82B Stranded “Pen Tip

      摘要:By analysis on the breakage of the high-carbon steel stranded wire SWRH82B wire pen tip, it is obtained that there is a serious carbon segregation, the center net carbide rating of pen tip fracture ≥4;and the difference in the structural transformation leads to the uneven deformation in drawing to form breaking defects. By studying the mechanism of carbon segregation in the center of 180 mm x 180 mm high carbon steel SWRH82B billet, adjusting the superheat of molten steel from 15 -40 ℃ to 20 ~30℃, decreasing casting speed from 1. 5 m/min to 1. 4 m/min, the electromagnetic stirring at the end increasing from 350 A to 400 A, the carbon segregation index of the billet decreases from 1.18 to 1.06, which significantly reduces the occurrence of SWRH82B wire pen tip fracture rate.

      摘要:The effects of heat treatment ( quenched at 860 〜950 °C + tempered at 200 ~ 400 ℃ ) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a new medium carbon 40CrMnSiB low alloy ultra-high strength steel (0. 41C,0. 84Cr, 0.76Mn, 1.44Si,0. 006B) are investigated by OM,SEM and JMatPro7. 0 analysis techniques. The results show that with quenched at 920℃ . and tempered at 300 °C ,the mechanical properties of the steel reach the best toughness matching,that is,the tensile strength 1943 MPa,the yield strength 1931 MPa,the elongation 9% ,and the reduction of area 39. 5% , the impact absorption work 44 J,and the HRC hardness value 52.7.

    • Effect of Carbon on Adherence of Low-Carbon Enameled Steel

      摘要:Adherence is a key indicator to characterize bonding strength between porcelain glaze and steel sheet. With different carbon content in the low-carbon enameled steel (/% ;0.020 ~0.050C,0.004 ~0.039Si,0.12 〜0.24Mn,0.008 ~ 0.024P,0.002 ~ 0.007S,0. 0026 ~0. 051A1) ,the shape,distribution and morphological characteristics of carbide before and after enameling and the effect of carbon content on porcelain glaze adherence are investigated. Result shows that carbon exists in annealed cold-rolled steel as free cementite before enameling,but as pearlite and grain boundary cementite after enameling. Pearlite and cementite are not easily to dissolve in porcelain glaze,in addition,the cementite inhibits the chemical reaction between Fe and porcelain glaze,which lower the bonding strength between sheet and porcelain glaze. As the carbon content is controlled 0.030% ,the enamel steel adhesion is better to meet the requirements of use.

      摘要:By analyzing microstructure and inclusions, analyzing chemical composition and mechanical properties of 4J36 alloy (/% :0. 17 ~0.18C,0. 18 〜0.27Si,0.39 〜0. 40Mn,0.009P, < 0.0005S,35. 8 〜36.ONi) before and after ESR(electro-slag remelting) , the effect of ESR on microstructure and mechanical properties of 4J36 alloy is studied. The results show that after ESR the chemical composition of 4J36 has almost no change, the sizes of gains decrease, and the amount and sizes of inclusions also decrease. Yield strength and tensile strength are improved to a certain extent, elongation increases from original 34% to 58% , and impact energy at - 196℃. increases from original 145 J to 208 J.

      摘要:In this paper,two different drawing processes (reduction of area /% :process No1 ,34. 45,31. 67,19, 00 and 20.08;process No2,20. 10,19. 28,34. 64,31.41) are designed. The effects of pass reduction of area on martensitic transformation, magnetic properties and mechanical properties of 304H stainless steel in wire drawing are studied. The results show that when the total strain of the steel wire is the same, the large reduction ratio at first and second pass is more favorable for martensite transformation, and the saturation magnetization Ms is larger. Otherwise, the martensite transformation is less,and the saturation magnetization is smaller. The strength o£ the steel wire is linearly related to the true strain of the drawing, and the value is related only to the total strain of the drawing. In the test, as the first two pass reduction ratios are 20.10% and 19.28% ,and the latter two pass reduction ratios are 34.64% and 31.41% ,the martensite transformation is less and the saturation magnetization of the steel wire is weak.

      摘要:The curves of hardenability of 07MnCrMoR hydropower steel plate are tested, and the 100 mm thick tested steel plate is quenched and tempered by heat treatment furnace and quenching equipment, and the structure of and mechanical properties of test steel are observed and measured. The results show that with increasing the distance from cooling end the microstructure of tested steel transforms from martensite to granular bainite, and transforms to ferrite and granular bainite microstructure at 50 mm from the water-cooled end. The lath bainite + granular bainite + pre-eutectoid ferrite are obtained in test steel plate after quenching by queching equipment, then transforming into ferrite + granular bainite after tempered ,and a large number of carbides precipitating at ferrite matrix and grain boundary. The most reasonable heat treatment process of the test steel is water-cooled quenching at 930 ℃ for 30 min and air-cooled at 660℃ for 60 min.

      摘要:The main material of common medical and industrial gas cylinders is 37Mn steel of Mn series. Normalizing treatment is mainly adopted for cylinder steel. However,the mechanical properties of normalized 37Mn cylinder steel are unstable ,and it yield strength and impact energy cannot meet setting in standards. In this paper, by adding Cr and N micro elements ,the chemical composition of microalloying 37Mn steel is /% :0.34 ~0.38 C,0.20 ~0.27 Si, 1.60 〜1.70 Mn, 0.10 ~0.20 Cr,0.004 0 ~0.0090N,of normalized rolled;219mm x6mm steel tube,the yield strength≥530 MPa,tensile ≥750 MPa and impact energy 13.2J,fully meet the needs of customer.
