Numerical Simulation of Temperature Field of Mould Copper Plate for Slab Continuous Casting

板坯连铸结晶器铜板温度场的数值仿真

Abstract: In accordance with optimum revamping of structure of mould copper plats for a 1400mm X 170mm slab con- caster, a numerical simulation for 3- dimensional temperature fields of mould copper plats with two kinds of copper plate and immersed nozzle structure parameters before and after revamping has been studied by finite difference control volume method ,The results obtained by simulation showed that the heat transfer effects of copper plate for wide face of mould obviously increased by optimum revamping with bolts gap modified from 160mm to 135mm and cooling water channel number modified from 65 to 55, with costing speed 1.4 m/min, at region nearby meniscus, the waximum temperature of inner and out curved wide face copper plate of mould after revamping respectively decreased by 15 ,^2 and 16 ,^0 as compared with that of mould before revamping.

摘要: 针对 1400mm× 170mm板坯连铸机结晶器铜板的结构优化改造 ,基于控制容积的有限差分方法对改造前后两种铜板结构参数和深入式水口结构参数条件下结晶器铜板的三维稳态温度场进行了数值仿真研究。由仿真得出的结果表明 ,结晶器宽面铜板经优化改造后 (螺栓间距由 16 0mm改成 135mm、冷却水槽由 6 3条改为 5 5条 )传热效果明显增强 :在拉速为 1.4m min时弯月面附近区域改造后结晶器内弧和外弧宽面热面铜板最高温度值分别比改造前结晶器降低了 15℃和 16℃。
