碳和TiO₂对保护渣流动性的影响

Abstract: The effect of C content(8.39%~14.20%)and TiO₂(0.35%) on fluidity of mold flux-21.98~ 27.93 CaO,32.03~43.20 SiO₂,4.58~5.83 Al₂O₃ at 1120~1200℃has been studied.The results showed that residual carbon in flux and TiO₂ in flux which was produced by Ti oxidation in Ti bearing steel led to worse fluidity of mold flux

摘要: 研究了碳含量(8.39%~14.20%)和TiO₂ (0.35%) 对主要成分(%)为21.98~27.93CaO,  32.03~43.20SiO₂,4.58~5.83Al₂O₃ 保护渣在1120~1200℃时流动性的影响。结果表明,液态保护渣有剩 余碳以及含钛钢中的Ti氧化生成TiO₂ 进入保护渣后均会恶化保护渣的流动性能
