Abstract: LF (ladle furnace)refining is a key metallurgical process for steelmaking cold rolled low carbon steel in BOF-LF-CSP flow sheet. The electric characteristics of a 120 t LF with 20 MW transformer and the power supply curves have been studied and optimized by established optimizing model to decrease refining time and improve refining effect. Results show that with different voltage level the maximum heating up of LF at Handan Steel is from 1.45 ℃/min to 5.14 ℃/min;and with third voltage level(302 V)the heating up speed shall be increased from 4.01 ℃/min at present to4.58 ℃/min.

摘要: LF(钢包炉)二次精炼是邯钢转炉-LF-CSP流程生产冷轧低碳钢的关键工序。通过所建立的优化模型,研究了20 MW、120 t LF的电气特性,以优化供电曲线和缩短精炼时间、提高精炼效果。结果表明,邯钢LF不同档位下最快升温速度为1.45~5.14℃/min;通过合理工作点,在第3档电压(302 V)下,可将升温速度从目前的4.01℃/min提高到4.58℃/min。
