0.75C-0.11V微合金钢的静态再结晶行为

Abstract: The softening behavior of 0.75C-0. 11V microalloy steel isothermal deforming at austenitic area 850～1000  ℃ within  interval  of passes has been  studied by  double-pass  compression test using  Thermecmastor-Z thermal  simulation machine.Results  indicated  that  with  30%  deformation  and  3  s-1  deforming  rate,as  deformation  temperature  ≥1000  ℃,  the  relaxation  time  for  performing  recrystallization  was  ≤100  s,and  as  deformation  temperature  ≤880  ℃,it  was  diffcult even extending relaxation time to put forward recrystalization of steel.

摘要： 通过Thermecmastor-Z型热模拟机研究了0.75C-0.11V微合金钢双道次压缩试验850～1000 ℃奥氏 体区等温变形后道次间隙时间内的软化行为。结果显示，在30%变形量，3s-¹变形速率下，当变形温度≥1000 ℃, 该钢完成再结晶弛豫时间≤100s;变形温度≤880 ℃时，即使弛豫时间延长，再结晶亦难以进行。
