Effect of Ni on Corrosion Fatigue Properties of Medium Carbon High Strength Spring Steel

Ni对中碳高强度弹簧钢腐蚀疲劳性能的影响

Abstract: The effect of 0.52~1.00 Ni on corrosion fatigue properties of 2.000 MPa grade medium carbon spring steel NHS ( 0.44~0.45C,1.95~2.08Si,0.68~0.70Mn,0.90~0.92Cr,0. 14~0. 15V) has been studied by using accelerated  corrosion(5%  NaCl  salt  spray)test  and  rotating  bending  fatigue  test. Results  indicated  that  with  increasing  the  Ni content in  steel NHS,the depth of corrosion pits in  steel decreased and the corrosion pitting potential of steel in  5% NaCl aqueous solution increased as a result to increase the corrosion fatigue strength and life of the steel. As compared with conventional  spring  steel  60Si2CrVA,the  spring  steel  NHS  presented  better  anti-corrosion  fatigue  properties.

摘要: 采用加速腐蚀(5%NaCl盐雾)试验和旋转弯曲疲劳试验,研究了0.52%~1.00%Ni对2000 MPa级中碳弹簧钢NHS(%:0.44~0.45C、1.95~2.08Si、0.68~0.70Mn、0.90~0.92Cr、0.14~0.15V)腐蚀疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,增加NHS钢中的M含量,腐蚀坑深度降低,在5%NaCl水溶液中钢的点蚀电位增加,从而导致腐蚀疲劳强度提高。与传统的60Si2CrVA弹簧钢相比,NHS弹簧钢呈现出良好的耐腐蚀疲劳性能。
