Abstract: The technological process of C70S6BY steel for automobile engine connecting rod is 130 t BOF-LF-RH- CCM-Heating-Rolling. The content of S and N in steel(0.064%~0.068%Sand 136×10-6~142×10-6N) can be accurately controlled by using1.5~2.0 low basicity CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO slag system in LF refine,nitrogen driving in RH and for 5~10 min circulation after pump withdrawal. The microstructure of the steel is pearlite and a small amount of fer- rite by slow cooling in pit after rolling,the non-metallic inclusions in the steel are mainly MnS and composite inclusions.Of 1050℃ 30 min air coling steel,the tensile strength is 995~1018 MPa,the yield strength is 586~611 MPa,the elongation is 11.5%~13.0%,the reduction of area is 22%~24%,and the HB brinell hardness number is 285~301. All indexes meet the requirements of breaking connecting rod.
摘要: 汽车发动机连杆用钢C70S6BY的工艺流程为130 t转炉-LF-RH-CCM-加热-轧制。LF精炼通过低碱度1.5~2.0的CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO渣系,RH采用氮气驱动,退泵后循环5~10 min,可以精准控制钢中S、N含量(0.064%~0.068%S和136×10-6~142×10-6N)。轧制后入坑缓冷,钢材组织由珠光体和少量铁素体组成,钢中非金属夹杂物主要是硫化锰和复合夹杂物。1050 ℃ 30 min空冷钢的抗拉强度达到995~1018 MPa,屈服强度586~611 MPa,伸长率11.5%~13.0%,断面收缩率22%~24%,HB布氏硬度值285~301。各项指标均满足涨断连杆的要求。
