Abstract: Process  flow  sheet  at new production area  of Masteel  is  300 t LD-LF-RH-250 mm×2150 mm  CC  line.  The INTESTOP CS 100 framework of slide gate nozzle is used for 300 t ladle, of which the maximum standard casting nozzle diameter is  100 mm.Production practice showed that the maximum continuous-using number of times of slide gate was 6 heats,and the average using life of each set of framework was 600 times. Using the frameworks is available to obviously de- crease operation cost and improve reliability of slide gate nozzle. The main technical parameters of INTERSTOP CS  100 framework of slide gate nozzle,the using practice and existence problem during using process are presented in this article.

摘要： 马钢新区的生产流程为300t转炉-LF-RH-250mm×2150 mm CC。INTESTOP CS 100滑动水口机构最大标准浇注水口直径为100mm,用于300t钢包。生产实践表明,该滑板最大连用次数为6炉,每套机构平均使用600次,使用该机构可以显著降低操作费用,提升滑动水口的可靠性。介绍了INTERSTOP CS100滑动水口机构的主要技术参数,使用经验和使用过程存在的问题。
