Abstract: Typical hollow forgings-electro-slag remelting (ESR)alloy steel roll sleeve with inner diameter 560~880 mm, outer diameter 670~1200 mm and length 1300~1780 mm is usually produced by ≥2 t ingots. Based on the ensuring product quality, as compared with traditional forging process, it is available to decrease by 2 procedures and once re- heating with using optimized process- direct forging upsetting. The forgings yield increased by 5%~15% to obviously de- crease production cost.
摘要: 典型的空心锻件-电渣合金钢辊套锭重≥2 t,内孔直径560~880 mm,外径670~1200 mm,长1300~1780 mm。在保证质量的基础上,采用改进的工艺-直接锻粗法后,与传统工艺相比,可减少2道工序和一次中间加热,锻件成材率提高5%~15%,显著降低生产成本。
