100t EBT电弧炉-LF-CC流程生产38CrMoAl钢的工艺实践

Abstract: Nitriding steel 38CrMoAl (0.35~0.42C,0.20~0.45Si,0.30~0.60Mn,1.35~1.65Cr,0. 15~0.25Mo,0.70~1. 10Al) was produced    by 100tEBT DC arc furnace- 100tLF-200    mm×200    mm,150    mm×150    mm billet  concasting machine flow  sheet. With using the technology measures  such  as  adding  60% Al  at  steel tapping,adding 40% Al in LF refining,refining by high basicity  slag and argon blowing,feeding φ16 mm 28Ca-55Si wire at end phase of refining,enlarging  inside  diameter  of  immerged  nozzle  for  tundish,and  whole  course   shield  casting  practice,the   steel 38CrMoAl  was  successfully  produced  with  concasting  5  heats,the  total  oxygen  content  in  rolled  products  was(5~8)x 10-6,and  each  property  all  met  the  requirement  of customer.

摘要: 渗氮钢38CrMoAl(%:0.35~0.42C、0.20~0.45Si、0.30~0.60Mn、1.35~1.65Cr、0.15~0.25Mo、0.70~1.10Al)由100 t EBT DC EAF-100 t LF-200 mm×200 mm,150 mm×150 mm方坯连铸机流程生产。通过出钢过程加60%Al,LF加40%Al,高碱度渣吹氩精炼,精炼末期喂Φ16 mm 28Ca-55Si线,加大中间包浸入式水口内径,全程保护浇铸等工艺措施成功生产出38CrMoAl钢,可连浇5炉钢,轧材总氧含量为(5~8)×10-6,各项性能均满足用户要求。
