Development of V Microalloy HSLA Steel Produced by Thin Slab Casting and Rolling Process

薄板坯连铸连轧流程V微合金化HSLA钢的开发

Abstract: The 1.8~6.3 mm strip of V microalloying HSLA S-F80 steel(0.03~0.07C,1. 10~1.60Mn,≤0.05Nb,≤0.05Ti,0.05~0.25V,0.010~0.035N)is produced by EAF-LF-CSP process at Zhujiang steel.The examination results showed that with recrystallization control rolling process breakdown temperature 1000~1100 ℃,finishing temperature 820~950℃ and coiling temperature 550~650℃,the structure of strip was 3~4 μm ex- tra-fine ferrite + minor pearlite,the size of precipitated phase V(C,N)was 44 nm and the yield strength of strip was 590~620 MPa.

摘要: 珠钢采用EAF-LF-CSP 工艺生产1.8~6.3 mmV微合金化HSLA S-F80 钢带(%:0.03~0.07C、 1.10~1.60Mn、≤0.05Nb、≤0.05Ti、0.05~0.25V、0.010~0.035N)。试验结果表明,采用再结晶控制轧制工 艺(开轧温度1000~1100℃,终轧温度820~950℃,卷取温度550~650℃),钢带的组织3~4μm 超细铁素体+少量珠光体,析出相V(C,N) 粒度为44 nm,钢带的屈服强度590~620 MPa。
