摘要:The annual output of steel melted by converter was nearly up to 190 million tons in China in 2003, which was 85.2% of annual output of steel in China and was 25% of world converter steel output in that year. The number of 50 ~ 300 t converters increased to 134 sets in 2003 from 75 sets in 2001, and the process and technology of converter steelmaking further optimized. the new grade steel and quality steel melted by converter increased very fast including lo w alloy steel, atmospheric corrosion resistant steel, TRIP(transformation induced plasticity steel, and special steel such as alloy structure steel, gear steel, bearing steel and steel for boiler. In the future the converter steel production mainly depended on potential- tapping and revamping of excellent iron and steel producers to further improve technology and equipment, expend ·steel grade range, increase quality of steel, reduce consumption and improve environment.  
摘要:The effect of technology parameters such as initial rolling temperature, deformed speed, draft distribution and Interpass time on grain size has been simulated analyzed and calculated using established the simulation system for grain size of hot rolled plate and strip of microalloying steel. And based on this, a Back Propagation (BP) network for the relation between grain sizes and technology parameters and the technology optimization model are established to completely utilize static recrystallization mechanism, fine grain size of plate and strip of microalloying steel.  
摘要:The effect of surface phase constitution, surface roughness, sliding speed, press force and anti- rust oil on friction coefficient of galvannealed IF sheet steel has been tested and researched. It was found that while there were a lot of columnar S phase in surface for the sheet steel, the friction coefficient usually higher that surface coating mainly containing granular δ phase; as there were a lot of larger scale “crater” morphology in surface coating mainly containing columnar ζ phase, the friction coefficient was relatively lower.  
摘要:The compression deformation test at temperature between 850 T and 1 000 X. with strain rate 0.1 * 10 1/s of steel BSOMnSi- 0.32C, 1.04Mn, 0.85Si, 0.019P, 0.009S has been carried out using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine to study the dynamic recrystallization behavior of the steel. And the relation of peak stress σm , peak strain % , dynamic recrystallization critical strain q with temperature compensating deformation rate factor Z has been got by regression analysis, that is am = 16.689Ln(Z) - 347.41, Ep = 0.047 4Ln(Z) - 1.102 3, and e^. «s0.039 3Ln(Z) - 0.915.  
摘要:The melting point and viscosity of refining fluxes for desulphuration have been studied of which CaO (balance)-SiO2(22.4%)-Al2O2(11.6%)-CaF2(10%) refining slag was as basic flux, when the ratio of (CaO+RxO)/SiO2was fixed at 2.5(where RxO- BaO or Li2O), the BaO or Li2O added and replaced equivalent CaO content in flux. The results showed that the melting point and viscosity of fuxes decreased by added BaO or Li₂O in CaO basic slag effectively to improve the dynamics condition of metal- slag reaction. With 15% BaO or 15%Li₂O,the melting point of flux was 1267 ℃ or 1185 ℃ which were far lower than that of flux free additions- 1326 ℃,and the viscosity of flux at 1475 ℃ was 0.98 Pa · s or 0.51 Pa · s which were also far lower than that of flux free additions- 1.79 Pa · s to make the fluxes had excellent flu- idity and melting capacity.  
摘要:The precipitated phases in microalloy steel 40MnV-0.36~0.40C,1.36~1.40Mn,0.55~0.65Si,0.8 ~0.9V,0.011~0.016Ti,0.021~0.045Al,0.007~0.016N have been calculated by Thermocale and Dicta software, and the chemical compositions, morphology and distribution of the precipitated phases were studied by electrolytic analysis X- ray diffraction analysis and transmission electron microscope examination. The results showed that minor N and Ti in steel led to coarse particle of TiN with size 50 nm precipitated at liquid- solid two phase region. With temperature decreasing, the size of precipitated phases gradually decreased to less than 10 nm of which the shape was modified to round from square, and the V and C content in precipitated phases increased besides the N and Ti content decreased. With aluminum content in steel increasing, the amount of VN precipitation decreased.  
摘要:A measuring device for melting and crystallization parameters of slag has been developed using single thermal couple which not only is as a measuring temperature element but also as a heating element with the characteristics of ℃ for crystallizing temperature also was ±10℃ and the error for crystallizing rate of slag was ±5%.  
摘要:The cutting ability of free cutting steel is better than that of common carbon steel to get better surface degree of finish of products. With developing of automobile industry, the consumption of free cutting steel continuously increases. At present, the cutting steels are wide produced by flow sheet of arc furnace- secondary refining- concocting in abroad. The standardized series products of free cutting steel have been developed and with wide using concasting technology, the free cutting steels have uniform cutting properties. Now the grades of free cutting steel include free cutting carbon steels, carburizing steels, quenching and tempering steels and stainless steels, and steadily add to the steel grades of die steels, high manganese steels, heat resistant steels and high speed and tool steels. Base on the development of free cutting steel at home and abroad, the development trend of production process and steel grade.  
摘要:The soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting for steel is a technology using high frequency alternating electromagnetic field to load a electromagnetic force on initial solidification zone of billet in mold decrease contact pressure between liquid steel and mold wall, thus reducing the effect of mold oscillation on surface quality of billet, decreasing billet casting friction drag and lowering heat transfer at initial solidification point to advance the surface quality of billet. The issues that need to be resolved including structure and material of mold and parameters of electromagnetic field to realize soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting are analyzed and the latest research outcomes- high-frequency amplitude- modulated field and mold oscillation-less electromagnetic continuous casting are presented in this paper.  
摘要:The each technology parameters in range of carbon 0.58% -0.83%, water ratio in secondary cooling zone 0.82-2.86 L/kg, casting speed 1. 9 〜3.0 m/min and superheating of liquid steel 17 ~ 60 ℃: on center carbon segregation of 140 mm x 140 mm and 150 mm x 150 mm billet has been analyzed at given mould electromagnetic stirring (230 ~ 245 A) using multivariate linear regression analysis, and the predicted calculation was carried out using Back Propagation (BP) neural networks. Hie results by multivariate regression analysis showed that the carbon content in steel was remarkable factor to influence the center carbon segregation, next were casting speed and water; and with carbon content in steel, casting speed and superheating of liquid steel increasing, the center carbon segregation in billet increased and with water ratio in secondary cooling zone increasing, the center carbon segregation decreased.  
摘要:The Φ25 ~ 60 mm round bars of gear steel 20CrMoH have been produced at Panzhihua Iron and Steel by 120 t top and bottom combined blown converter - LF + RH refining - 280 nun x 380 mm bloom concasting - hot rolling process. The examination results showed that the products analysis was 0.19- 0.22C, 0.54 ~ 0.58Mn, 0.97 - 1.03Cr, 0.18〜0.19Mo, 0.019~0.028P, 0.006~0.012S; the hardenability band AHRC J9 was ≤6, AHRC J15≤9, [O]≤20 x 10-6inclusion rating number- type A, B W1.5 and type C, D w 1; and the mechanical properties and macrostructure all met requirement of standard.  
摘要:The process of forged semi- high speed steel(0.74C,0.87Si,4.92Cs,1.05Mo,0.41V)Φ 540 mm× 1530 mm working roll for cold rolling was arc furnace steelmaking + electroslag remelting, forging, dual frequency inducting heating and quenching at surface temperature 1090 ℃ and high temperature tempering at 520 ℃. The distribution of surface hardness was measured by means of grinding layer by layer, the surface hardness of roll was up to HSD92, the hardness of roll at depth 25 mm was HSD90 and at depth 35 mm was HSD87.The structure of roll was tempered martensite and fine dispersed carbide.  
摘要:The effect of end slag basicity, end Al content and vacuum treatment time in 20t LF-VD refining on oxygen content in 105 heats gear steels SCM318H,SCM322H,SCM420K-C, SCM822H and SCr40K for auto has been analyzed and studied. The practice operation results showed that using white slag operation, controlling end slag basicity no less than 3,end Al content in steel ≥0.22%, vacuum treatment time ≥25 min, the oxygen content in low carbon gear steel was definite ≤15×10-6the average oxygen content in steel was 11.58×10-6  
摘要:The ratio of gauge of 0.80~1.20 mm cold- rolled 304 stainless steel - carbon steel(Q235A,08Al)-304 stainless steel clad plate produced by “exploding + rolling” process is 1:10:1. The clad plate has nice market prospect in building gate, window screen wall and cooker commodity field. The results of analysis on cold bending crack of clad plate sample showed that the probability of occurred crack with base plate of higher carbon content (0. 16%C) Q235A steel was greater than that with base plate of lower carbon content (0.06% C)08Al steel, the bending performance of cold- rolled clad plate was influenced by inclusion in steel, grain size and heat treatment of steel. The bending performance of cold- rolled clad plate was obviously improved by using 08Al steel as base plate, controlling 1050 ℃ heat treatment process to get grain size rating≤8 .  
摘要:It is basic condition for production of cleanliness to control Are furnace[P][S], total amount of [Pb] and [Zn].To prevent rephosphorization and slag free tapping are key operations to get low [P][S] molten steel of arc furnace. AS melting down the [Pb] exceeds standard limit, first stop carbon injection operation and increase blown oxygen amount and angle to decrease [C] less than 0. 10%, with molten steel stirring and heating for 2~6 min to promote [Pb] which deposits at bottom, solubilized in steel, oxidized and trapped by slag, then inject foaming agent carbon powder to reduce Pb oxide to Pb which evaporates and exhausts. The de-[Pb] ratio was 19.0%~46.4%.T he de-[Zn] operation is similar to that of de-[Pb].  
摘要:The chemical composition of separating ring and concasting process have been improved by analysis on break of separating ring for horizontal concasting φ130 mm billet for tube and test of effect of separating ring composition on properties. The results showed that with using B-Sis N4+30% BN separating ring, manufactured size precision of separating ring up to 0.1 mm, controlling [N] no more than 60×10-6[O] no more than 30×10-6and reverse bush between 3 mm and 5 mm, the break of separating ring was controlled effectively ,the average break ratio of separating ring per month de- creased to less than 0.3% from original 8.3%.  
摘要:The quenching and tempering process on mechanical properties of a new high strength spring steel 60SiCrV7 (0.54C~0.65C,1.35~1.65Si,0.7~1.0Cr,0.1~0.2V)has been tested the results showed that by optimum heat treatment process - oil quenched at 920 ℃ and tempered between 430 ℃ and 450 ℃,the tensile strength of steel was 1750 MPa, yield strength 1440 MPa and impact energy 9 J, the steel had high fatigue life able to meet the design requirement of high strength spring.  
摘要:The spring steel 65Mn was produced by 100 t top and bottom combined blown converter melting- ladle furnace refining- 6 strand 150 mm×150 mm billet concasting. The end point [C] was0.08%~0. 12%,[P]≤0.012% and [S]≤0.03%, and the yield of recarburizer was 85%~90%. During refining the basicity of slag was 2.5~3.0 with feeding Si-Ca wire and argon stirring. During concasting the temperature of liquid steel in tundish was 1495~1515 ℃, the casting speed 1.6~1.8 m/min using mold electromagnetic stirring. The quality experiment results of 20 heats 65Mn steel showed that the analyses of steel were C 0.63~0.68 ,Mn 0.95~1.07,P0.009~0.023,S0.006~0.017, and the deviation of carbon content at section of casting billet was ≤0.02%.The coil products of 65Mn steel met the requirements of standard GB/T4354- 1994.  
摘要:The free cutting steel 35MnVS- 0.33~0.40C,0.30~0.60Si,1.00~1.40Mn,0.06~0. 12V, ≤0.035P,0.035~0.075S was produced by 30 t EBT EAF-40t LF (wire feeding)- 3.15 t ingot casting process. The production results of 30 heats steel 35MnVS showed that the sulphur content in steel after sulphur powder wire feeding was 0.040%-0.071%, while before feeding that was 0.007%~0.032%;and the sulphur yield of wire feeding was 50%~ 80%.The 0.3 kg/t aluminum wire was feeding after sulphur wire feeding to fine the grain size of steel. The grain size rating of 35MnVS products was 6~7, and the mechanical properties, micro- and macro structure met the standard requirements.  
摘要:Two kinds of metallurgical process for melting a <0.005%C-≤0.005% N ultra-low carbon and ultra-low nitrogen steel by a 90 t top and bottom combined blown converter a Wuhan Iron and Steel: single slag process KR desulphuration -LD - RH-KTB - CC and two-step steelmaking process KR desulphuration - LD desiliconisation and dephosphorization-LD combined blown decarbonation - RH-KTB- CC have been analyzed. The practice results showed that during steelmaking with single slag process the average C content in liquid steel in tundish was 25.5×10-6and the average N content was 18.5×10-6and with two-step process the average C content in liquid steel in tundish was 16×10-6the average N content was 19×10-6and the end [P] with two-step process(60×10-6)was lower that with single slag process(110×10-6).  
摘要:The steel B7(40CrMnMo) for high strength heat-resisting bolts is produced by 70 t Consteel UHP arc furnace - 70 t ladle refining furnace - 4 strand 150 mm×150 mm concasting- continuous rolling process at Egang. The charge of arc furnace is 30% pig iron + 70% quality scrap of which the preheating temperature is no less than 600 ℃. The ex- amination shows that the chemical compositions of products are controlled in range of 0.39~0.42C,0.86~0.91Mn,0.22 ~0.31Si,0.013~0.018P,0.005~0.013S,0.85~0.94Cr,0.16~0. 18Mo,0.019~0.028 Als, the ratings of segregation and porosity are 0.5~1.0, the ratings of inclusion are 0.5~2.0 and the grain size of φ18~史50 mm products are 8.5 ~9 which satisfy the using requirement of heat-resisting standardized piece bolts.
