00Crl8Nil2奥氏体不锈钢多道次等通道冷挤压时的组织和性能

Abstract: The test of 8 pass cold extrusion of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) with ratio of extrusion reduction 1.02 of each pass for 00Crl8Nil2 austenite stainless steel has been carried out. The results showed that the strength and hardness of steel increased obviously after two pass extrusion, then increased minor after third pass; due to interaction of slipping bands, with extrusion pass increasing, at 6th pass the slipping bands were separated into sub-grains which finally transformed into 300 nm new grain with large angular boundaries and at 8th pass 150 nm new grains occurred.

摘要: 对 0 0Cr18Ni12奥氏体不锈钢进行道次变形量为 1.0 2的 8道次的等通道冷挤压试验。结果表明 ,第 2道次后钢的强度和硬度明显增加 ,第 3道次以后硬度变化很小。随挤压道次的增加 ,在 6道次挤压后 ,由于多个滑移系相互作用 ,将滑移带分割形成亚晶 ,再转化成大角度取向的新晶粒 (尺寸为 30 0nm) ,挤压到 8道次时出现 15 0nm新晶粒。
